I agreed on his price and the appt was set for 1/25/18 at 10:30am. I never heard from Alex again. He did not arrive for our appt and he did not call to reschedule our appt. I texted several times the morning of the 25th with no reply. When I finally called the number that I had been communicating with...I was told the business was closed until January 31st. I took a day off for this install and he disappeared.

I am beyond happy with Calysco! My only reason for calling them was to set up one of those smart…read moreTv's. I had purchased one for my kids, a rather large one at that! But somehow it was disconnected, controls lost and sadly turned into a dust magnet. I figured I'd get it back on for my mother. Well they came and quickly set up mom with a new remote, broke it all down for her step by step and gave her a quick but comprehensive tutorial on going online, accessing her favorite channels and overall use of this tv. Not only that but they set up her phone so she could check in on our dogs while we are not home. As if that wasn't enough our security camera system was really just used as a possible deterrent because we had no way of checking footage should anything happen. Well, they took care of that too! So excited they were able to easily integrate all this disjointed equipment into a seamless entertainment and security system.

It was so nice to have someone answer the phone. I am not crazy about these automated tellers you get when you call a business, so it's nice to have a real person answer. This place is in the western side of the Walmart. This nice lady helped me out and completed the job. My phone case was not in great shape, so I wound up buying a new phone case also for a good price. Apparently this place does all types of tech repairs, not just for phones. And if you want to buy some fresh coffee, they sell it there also. I would recommend this place.

Brought in my gaming pc to them because it needed an ssd and it had a custom water loop cooling…read morereservoir that needed to be replaced. The guy (his name is Julian) ended up recommending me a thermalright phantom spirit evo 120mm which is basically a big 3 fan block that attaches to your cpu that goes for around $60-$90 along with a charge of $175 for the 1tb ssd which is very fair. I'm about to give 4 reasons on why you shouldn't come to this place for computer fixes or upgrades and why you should really find someone off of facebook marketplace to do it for you instead. This place makes a profit by overcharging high labor costs. They know how computers work and how to fix things, but yet, they will still be unfair and overcharge you because the average customer doesn't know how things work and just wants their stuff fixed. 1. Julian charged me $150 "labor" for a simple ssd install ontop of the $175 I was already paying for the ssd, charged me $200 for "parts and labor" when the thermalright cooler is maybe $100 max brand new if you got it somewhere overpriced, and to make matters worse, I got hit with a $40 "tax". My total bill was $565.71, when in reality, it should've been around $350-$380 total... 2. Julian installed the thermalright cooler the wrong way, one of the 3 fans was supposed to be in-front of the ram sticks area on the motherboard, not on the opposite side. 3. I was getting my cpu changed from intel to amd by a guy on marketplace and I had to text Julian mid install, ask him for the amd bracket that came with the thermalright cooler, and waste 20 minutes to go pick it up from his shop because he didn't give it back to me when I went to pick up my pc. Hell, he didn't even give me the other parts that came with the cooler until I asked. He had to nerve to say "I usually give them back just in case" but he didn't this time. When you pay for a brand new component that goes into your computer, the person installing it should give all of the accessories and the box back along WITH your computer. 4. When I booted up my pc, it literally dual booted both windows 10 and windows 11. Because of this, I had to fix it myself. Unfortunately, I ended up losing all of the data on my 5tb hdd because of Julians mistake. Years of documents, videos, and photos gone. Had Julian installed only 1 version of windows onto my ssd the right way, I wouldn't have lost all of my data. Overall, terrible service. If you ever want your stuff fixed, please don't waste your time coming here and go onto Facebook Marketplace instead. You'll find people who are more honest about what you might need help with and how to fix it. They won't charge you $100 for labor like 'My Florida PC' will.

I came through Florida for a few days for an experiment we are conducting out of FLL airport, and needed some emergency computer parts. They were nice enough over the phone to say they were going to look through their spare electronics and computers to see if they could salvage the part. They texted me 10 minutes later with a picture of the part next to a ruler so I could see if it was the right size. I went in and bought it for a very fair price. I'm glad they were there and wish I could get service like this from people like this from other companies. Btw, they saved our experiment.
