When I moved, he removed the bracket and reinstalled it with my TV and speaker at my new place, along with a Samsung Frame TV and another speaker below. The setup looks clean and well done. I had a couple of concerns: during the Frame install, it sounded like he may have hit metal when drilling, and during the previous bracket reinstall, I briefly worried about the electrical panel behind. Also, the blue protective blankets left dye on my tile floors, which took a few scrubs to remove -- so a heads-up if you have porous tiles. Overall, very happy with the results -- just shy of 5 stars due to those small issues.

He could have just said I forgot the appointment or I was busy or I changed my mind. All of those would have been acceptable. To make up this ridiculous story is completely laughable. Shame on you.

I contacted the shop immediately, and they acknowledged that the screen was defective and assured me they would repair it under their warranty. Unfortunately, it's now been almost two months, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I've been given repeated excuses and delays, and more recently they've stopped responding altogether. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a repair only to end up with a defective screen and then have to chase the business for months without any resolution. Good customer service doesn't end once payment is made. Standing behind your work and honoring your warranty should be a priority. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

He was correct that one speaker had broken and the other one would shut off after a period of time as a safety precaution. Jaime had a used speaker from another set, but the case it was inside would not fit my television. Jaime opened the case, removed the speaker, and installed it in my television. It has been working fine. For a manufacturer's repair that would have cost $240 plus parts, Jaime charged me $89 plus tax. He was very nice and explained well what he was doing as he proceeded with the diagnosis and repair. He also recycled a part, which I highly approve of!

But the big job they did was to add electric to our backyard by runny new circuits from our electric box along our outside fence to create two outdoor GFI quads for future string lights outside and around our deck. They suggested low voltage lights given the proximity to the pool. In summary, they were great and we'd use them again in a heartbeat. So the saga continues…read more After posting my review yesterday I received a call from Tiffany. She stated that she didn't understand why I posted a 1 star review because she "did not know we were there yet" which I took as she didn't comprehend why I was dissatisfied with the way she was not taking the initiative to rectify the problem. Keep in mind I had already provided her with pictures of all the missing screws and followed up with an email asking when someone would be out to fix the problem. After explaining to her again I felt she should make an effort to rectify the problem in a more timely manner as opposed to just telling me we're trying to fit you into the schedule, she agreed to send out the installer to finish installing the hardware. She stated he would be on site between 8 and 9 AM today, December 13. I then received a voice message from Allen, the estimator, at 5:02pm saying he wasn't sure the installers would be able to come out in the morning however he would be out to fix the screws sometime between 12 and 2pm. (Apparently if I want to get this done I now have to take the day off of work to be available) I text Allen approximately 8am this morning asking for smaller time frame for his arrival and he stated he would be on-site between 11 and 12. Allen arrived at approximately 11am and needless to say it's safe to say that I should have insisted the installers come to finish putting in the rest of the screws. Not only ate all the swrews on crooked there is still one missing. I'm at a loss for words....
