I think most people would feel inspired to leave a positive review after meeting her. However, after six months of getting to know Teyona, it became clear that her priority was to leave Kent Services and secure a full-time position with Greystar at the Highline Apartments. To gain favor with the Highline team, Teyona, while working for both Greystar and Kent simultaneously, engaged in behavior that seemed inappropriate for someone responsible for overseeing the property. This included consuming alcohol at the concierge desk and in local bars, then returning to the concierge desk in the main lobby afterward. I'm not sure if alcohol or ambition is to blame, but Teyona has collaborated with and supported the unethical actions of others working for Greystar/Highline, making it difficult for residents to defend themselves against wrongdoing by those in the office. Her support and silence have created additional challenges for residents, which I am certain is inconsistent with Kent's values and how they wish to be represented. I am prepared to defend any potential defamation claims filed by Ms.Thomas that may arise from my statements, via sworn witness statements from at least four other individuals who have seen the behavior, available recordings, etc.

After learning that my old panel was discontinued, Alarm Grid's resources clearly explained how to upgrade to the Honeywell/Resideo PROA7PLUS ProSeries 7-inch touchscreen panel, along with adding the PROTAKEOVER module to maintain compatibility with my existing Honeywell 5800 Series wireless sensors. I ordered both the panel and module and received them in just five days with free shipping. Installation was straightforward thanks to Alarm Grid's step-by-step YouTube videos. I did initially have trouble configuring my window and door sensors, but after realizing they needed to be set to "Service 2" in the programming, all my 5816 sensors worked perfectly. They ran coax underground for about 40 feet, ran audio and coax along my pergola, connected outdoor speakers, mounted a 65 inch tv and connected everything to a Sonos connect amp. For apple devices only capable of 5 ghz wifi band, I got an increase from about 120mb to about 250 mb. On Devices capable of using the 6 ghz band, I went from 120mb to about 700mb. Then he helped set up my work server so that other employees could access my billing database so that I did not need to have a complicated and manpower intensive way of getting everyone's data into the master file.
