The company I used did install the 4 new 8 GA wires for my water heater and the 2 new 40 amp breakers. It was $700 under what they quoted me. Quoted $1200, I paid $500. Took them 1 1/2 hours to complete. In fact, I am having them back to do a lot more work. I am not going to mention the electrician I used but I should. Do not want them to be subjected to anything that may be posted, but word of mouth is an awesome thing. My neighbors normally use the companies I recommend and use.

They inspected the unit and informed that my compressor was "locked" and not working, and that my fan motor was also broken. Interestingly, the fan was working normally when I called them and when they arrived. They asked for $135 to cover the service call and told me I need a new compressor unit, that it's not worth it to replace the parts. My unit is a 2015 Goodman 4 ton, 16 SEER. I called another AC guy the next day. He diagnosed a bad capacitor in 5 min and had the AC up and running in 15 minutes. Stay away from Air Concepts!!!

They installed a 4-ton unit, which multiple other air conditioning companies later confirmed was far too large for my space. Almost immediately after installation, my son and I started experiencing severe allergy reactions. Initially thinking it was mold, I had a UV light installed, but our symptoms continued to worsen. Further investigation revealed that the oversized unit caused excessive moisture buildup, leading to mold in the ductwork. I had to pay $6,500 to replace the ducts in my home due to the damage caused by mold. When I reached out to Koltec, the owner refused to take responsibility, stating it wasn't his problem and he would only assist with duct repairs for an additional fee. After further issues arose with the moisture damage, including peeling paint and baseboards, I requested that they replace the unit with the correct size, but once again, the owner refused to help. This company's poor installation has caused significant health problems, property damage, and financial strain. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of accountability and customer service.
