I contacted the shop immediately, and they acknowledged that the screen was defective and assured me they would repair it under their warranty. Unfortunately, it's now been almost two months, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I've been given repeated excuses and delays, and more recently they've stopped responding altogether. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a repair only to end up with a defective screen and then have to chase the business for months without any resolution. Good customer service doesn't end once payment is made. Standing behind your work and honoring your warranty should be a priority. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Rasin came in and immediately put me at ease - offering his expert advice but ultimately making sure I got what I wanted. Keep in mind I did have to have an electrician involved to get the lights, tv and integrated fireplace all installed but he was very clear about that up front.
