They also happen to be very nice guys that take their shoes off when they come inside and are friendly/chatty. When our expensive outdoor tv stopped working a week after the warranty expired, Joe worked with their distributor to get me a brand new replacement at no cost, including shipping!!! Talk about excellent customer service! We are loyal Ultra customers for life, don't look anywhere else for help with your av needs!

Navigating the rack system, multiple wires and devices, and then the technology behind each device (even those over 10 years old) requires significant knowledge and an understanding of how these systems are built. Thankfully, with Joe and team's many decades of experience, there's no problem too big (or small, Joe said to call him with any questions whatsoever). They go above and beyond, with excellent communications every step of the way and honest and fair pricing. Offering their distributor pricing on needed equipment is an added bonus, along with spot-on recommendations. Their staff in their local home office is great too, with both communications and invoicing. This is our go-to for any technology needs, we are so thankful we found them.

Not only did they win the bid, they are doing a great job. The owner Dan is really knowledgable, he was a former CTO at his former job. What I appreciate most is how I can text ,email, or call them, and they are lightening fast to respond. Reliable and capable - this is how I would describe them - something that is hard to find in South florida. The business is run privately and I really enjoyed working with the owner. In fact I trusted him while I was away with keys and access to my home. Something he handled with utmost professionalism. The work they are doing for me included home automation, security, shades, theater, and sound systems. It was a new construction home, so with Dans help I was able to build an amazing home automation and entertainment system. Still using them today. I highly recommend Dan and his firm Geeks of Technology. I don't normally leave reviews, but felt compelled as the service was so refreshingly good.

If you are considering expanding beyond your home theater in a box setup to something that actually sounds good, I suggest coming here and talking to people like John (also a fellow Yelper) before plunging the depths of the A/V sea.

When I moved, he removed the bracket and reinstalled it with my TV and speaker at my new place, along with a Samsung Frame TV and another speaker below. The setup looks clean and well done. I had a couple of concerns: during the Frame install, it sounded like he may have hit metal when drilling, and during the previous bracket reinstall, I briefly worried about the electrical panel behind. Also, the blue protective blankets left dye on my tile floors, which took a few scrubs to remove -- so a heads-up if you have porous tiles. Overall, very happy with the results -- just shy of 5 stars due to those small issues.
