LOVED LOVED LOVED having the Catered Coconut at my wedding! Caytie and Michael did such an amazing job, it was literally one of my favorite highlights from our day! As soon as I discovered them, I knew I had to have them at my wedding! I reached out to inquire, and Caytie was so professional and accommodating to all my questions. Every photo and video that I saw from their IG made me so excited to have them be a part of our cocktail hour. Their set up is extremely cute and it just makes for such a cool addition! If you're on the fence, they are totally worth it and all your guests will love it!

These guys are the best! What a hit was it having them at our big day. The presentation is incredible and the coconuts were so fresh and delicious, it was one of my favorite touches we added on to our special day in Maui. The guests loved taking pictures with the coconuts and of their cute set up by the ocean, it was really picture perfect! Some of my favorite pictures from the day include our coconuts!

Delicious coconuts! They were at our friend's wedding in Maui and it was my favorite part of the whole evening!! The most important part of this experience is that they could open the coconut afterwards so I could eat allll the coconut meat. The decorative umbrella was a cute touch. Absolutely no idea what price the bride and groom paid for the service, but rest assured, every event needs a coconut stand! They are very friendly and the coconuts seemed high quality. They let me know what time they'd be leaving the venue so I could make sure to have a second one ;) thank you so much! read more

As soon as my husband and I decided to get married on Maui we knew we wanted to add unique and special touches to our wedding! We wanted to give our guests a truly magical time since we were asking them to travel quite the distance to attend our big day. One of those special and fun touches was The Catered Coconut! We had them for our cocktail reception and let me tell you, they were an absolute HIT! They not only added to the aesthetic of a Hawaiian wedding but the coconuts were fresh and the service was top notch and so friendly! Caytie and Michael were AWESOME!!! And it wasn't just the coconuts (which were deliciously refreshing!!!). They were at our venue early. They set up their adorable booth in some pretty crazy winds, and they hand-delivered drinks to our guests. But they were also just genuinely nice people. They had the total Hawaiian vibe, and we couldn't be happier that we hired them. I highly suggest them for your wedding. It's such a unique island touch, and we all definitely needed the sweet, refreshing electrolytes after the ceremony. It was a welcome treat. The biggest thank you to Caytie and Michael for being epic!! Those chopping skills were outrageous, but your kindness was unforgettable. The Catered Coconut was a very special addition to our September '18 wedding at Olowalu Plantation House. They were set up right at the entrance so guests were immediately greeted with a fresh coconut. It was a powerful first impression and set the Hawaiian tone. Guests couldn't stop expressing their enjoyment to us over the coconuts and how festive and fun they were. Plus it was a good idea on our end to hydrate the guests prior to drinking the rest of the night. The coconuts were a unique treat that will definitely stand out. Where do I even begin... I only booked the catered coconut team for 1 hour and it was the BEST hour of our reception!! I am so happy to have found them through instagram. They were the last vendor we booked for our wedding at Olowalu, and the most memorable part of the reception for us and our guests. Caytie was a dream to work with - planning a wedding from Brooklyn to take place in Maui is not easy! Her and Michael set up the most beautiful coconut station that went perfectly with our relaxed wedding vibe. My only regret is not having taken pics with them and coconut cutting in action. I can't say enough great things about The Catered Coconut - I was a very picky bride... planned almost every detail myself for a wedding across the country and The Catered Coconut was my favorite part of the event. read more

The Catered Coconut was our favorite vendor to work with and have on our wedding day! Booking with them was smooth and they are very responsive. Our family and friends could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed the coconuts (a few guests said they had 3!). Catie and Michael were personable, and our guests were amazed at Michael's ability to chop open coconuts with a machete for 1.5 hours! Not only are the coconuts, fun, fresh and delicious, they serve them up with cool bamboo straws. Their setup on the day looked great and people loved getting their photo taken with the coconuts. I had been initially referred to Tiffany Ward through my wedding coordinator & I'm so glad I booked Tiffany. The catamaran was pretty sweet, with some really comfy bean bags overlooking the edge out to the ocean. While we did occasionally get splashed in this area, it was worth the unobstructed view of the sunset and the breeze in my hair. The crew was especially sweet and treated all of us like absolute royalty. A note to those who are prone to motion sickness: do not try to be brave and only wear sea bands thinking you'll be okay. Take your Dramamine an hour before you board the catamaran. While the first half of our dinner cruise was fine with my motion sickness, the second half of the trip left me feeling really queasy around dinner service time. This made me very sad. This was no fault of the crew, and 100% my fault for thinking I could tough it out. If you are ill-prepared, the crew has ginger ale, club soda and ginger chews to help. Speaking of dinner, the few bites I was able to eat on our first trip were fantastic: a full dinner buffet prepared by Cafe Jai. The salmon was perfectly tender, as was the short rib. The caesar salad was just the right amount of tangy (and the extra dressing was really great on the salmon as well.) I'm not sure what kind of sauce was on the crispy seasoned potatoes but they were absolutely delightful. And of course, the crown on top of a delicious meal was the mini brownie cup we were served for dessert before we wrapped up the trip. Our second trip (where I was prepared with some Dramamine) was a memorial for our grandparents, where we released their cremains at sea with eco-urns. I must say that the crew handled everything wonderfully. We had the full bar, another beautiful buffet spread including some delicious crispy chicken, a pesto pasta salad, pulled beef sliders, and rolls. After we said our emotional goodbyes, we were given rose petals to release into the ocean. We even received certificates after the trip that gave us the coordinates of where my grandparents cremains were released. I seriously cannot thank Sea Maui enough for giving my family a truly memorable experience on our trip to Maui. They made our trip so special. A million thanks for the kindness!

Her eye for light, scenery, and candid moments is exceptional. She captured not just beautiful images, but the feeling of the day--the love, the excitement, the quiet moments, and the magic of Lānaʻi itself. Every photo feels authentic and timeless, not staged or forced. Beyond her talent, she was organized, responsive, and such a pleasure to work with. We had Anna Kim Photography do the welcome dinner for our son's wedding, and the bride's family had…read morethem do the wedding. We could not have had a more positive experience! First - I had a special photo of my son and I (from when he was 4) that I was hoping to recreate on his wedding day. Anna actually brought the photo on the day and they took so many photos, and were so painstaking to even get the hand and body positions perfect. I will cherish the photo that they created! On the day - the team showed up well before our event, and they even mounted flashes up high, around the space (inconspicuously), so there would be enough light at our outdoor venue. They took pictures of everything - the layout, the flowers, and then they captured everyone's expressions as they arrived, and all of the laughter and love during the evening. We have received over a thousand photos, and I have no idea how we will choose - they are all stunning. Throughout the process, Anna was quick to set up Zoom calls (we were off-island and in another time zone!), and quick to respond to emails personally and promptly. She was warm and personable throughout, just a truly kind person to work with. Her team members are all very kind, energetic (!) and eager to do whatever is requested. I wish we could hire Anna and her team for all our events!

These guys are awesome! I hired them for my daughters birthday party as something fun to do for the kids and parents. They were so professional. They showed up an hour before the party to set up and when they did they were dressed in the rainbow theme of her "Rainbow Unicorn Party". They were so friendly and fun to be with. They brought all their own tables, umbrellas, coolers, straws, signs, etc.. which made it easy for me as I was racing to get everything else ready. I plan on hiring them for every party from now on, it was a huge hit with all of our guests. I can not say enough good things about both Caitie and Michael and their level of professionalism and enthusiasm. The coconuts were of course perfect and cold and delicious (especially with coconut ice-cream and rum which they provided), but more than that their presence brought an element of fun that made the whole party better. My husband and I were so excited to come across The Catered Coconut. We kept them as a complete secret from all of our guests until our wedding day. Caytie and Michael were so easy to work with, accommodated our budget perfectly, and were so much fun throughout booking and on our big day!! Our guests mentioned that they were the "cherry on top" of our wedding. Our on-island friends were stoked to have cool, refreshing cocos and our off-island guests were absolutely blown away with this fun addition. Even some of our friends and family who claimed to "not like coconuts" ended up falling in love with these perfectly picked cocos. 10/10 would recommend!!! read more

From the moment we found Catered Coconut we knew they'd be the best addition to our special day, and let me tell you... all of our guests RAVED about their coconuts. Michael and Caytie were wonderful! They really went above and beyond to ensure that all my dreams were realized for our March 2020 Corporate Event in Maui. The set up they bring for the live stations if really fun and engaging. They worked wonderfully with the resort we had selected and even became a preferred vendor of the resort through the process of us working together! What and amazing touch for our happy hour! Many of our guests had never had a fresh coconut before and loved witnessing how to cut open a coconut, almost as much as they loved the taste! Caytie and Michael were friendly and served every coconut with a smile. They were kind enough to not only give our guests fresh coconut, but they were more than happy to accommodate a few friends when the asked to open the coconut for then to enjoy the meat. Groom here. Not much of a review guy... but the Catered Coconut seriously knocked this one out of the park! So I wanted to write a little something. Highly professional and organized. They were the ONLY vendor involved with our wedding that reduced our stress (rather than piling more on top). The coconuts were obviously great too. Super classy.
