Dont even hesitate. THIS is THE bar service to get for your event. I cannot even comment on how amazing this service was. We celebrated our 10 year vow renewal in Maui at Maui Pineapple Chapel with 50 guests. Before we walked down, they served infused water and lemonade to all the guests. After the ceremony, our guests walked down these stairs for group photos and we ended up having a cocktail hour down the big hill just by the way people were socializing. Let me tell you all this team walked down that big hill and served everyone their drinks and took drink orders. It was seamless. The bar service was amazing. It was so fun. I'm so grateful. I love lychee so they made me a special signature drink to serve and mocktail versions too. Big smiles all over from the team that made everything super enjoyable. I loved that we got to buy our own alcohol from Costco and then I could return any bottles that were unopened and unchilled. This was one of the BEST vendors we had for our celebration. I wouldn't hesitate to book them for anything read more

The totally super cool OYE (Official Yelp Event) held at the Lahaina Loft put on for us by our star Community Ambassador, Maria P., got us introductions to several local Maui businesses including Stacey Smith's Bars Are Us. THE COMPANY: Simply put, you'd hire them for professional bar service for your party or event. According to their website, they take care of the entire process from purchasing all the way to clean up. OFFICIAL YELP EVENT BEVERAGES: We were treated to not only beer and wine selections but also a Raspberry Vodka Lemonade mixed drink complete with a dunked-in Shaka Pops popsicle. The lemonade was very refreshing but too light for me so I stuck to chardonnay for the rest of the evening. SERVICE: Owner Stacey was manning the bar with her staff. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. OVERALL: They'd be the perfect people to hire for your bartending needs especially at the Lahaina Loft! read more

We hired Maui Bars are Us for our wedding a few weeks ago, and I cannot recommend them enough! They made three signature cocktails for us, all of which were delicious, and the bar service was phenomenal. They made sure my husband and I were never wanting for anything, delivering drinks and water to us all night. We originally set up food trucks for an outdoor event, but when it was pouring rain instead, Stacey and her team jumped in to help deliver food and wine to tables indoors and really saved the day! Maui Bars are Us far exceeded all of our expectations and kept the party going on such a special day for us; we would book them again in a heartbeat!!! read more

Stacey and the Maui Bars Are Us team are wonderful!! Our signature cocktail and mocktail were absolutely delicious. They were so kind, friendly and went above and beyond. We booked Maui Bars are Us for our wedding at Olowalu Plantation House in August and everything was amazing. We had 50 guests and they kept the drinks flowing. The signature cocktails we selected were delicious, and we never had a line of people waiting. We didnt request table service, but when I had an issue with my dress that delayed our grand entrance after everyone was already told to be seated, she went above and beyond and went around to fill the wine glasses for guests so they didnt get antsy. We have a family joke about fireball and put it on the menu and named it after my mother in law, so many people wanted to take a drink with her, and the bartender realized it was escalating so she secretly diluted all the drinks people were asking her to take so she didnt have to take too much which my MIL really appreciated and still talks about. They provided us a list of alcohol to buy. Let me just say that we thought we knew what we were doing.. I thought they suggested too much red wine and not enough beer because it was hot out and I just didnt think people would choose red wine over beer so we changed up what we bought a bit. And guess what.. We ran out of wine before dinner was over, and had TONS of leftover beer. I should have listened, they are pros and absolutely know what they are doing. I would hire them again in a second! read more

We had our wedding at Olowalu Plantation House and our wedding planner recommended Maui Bars are Us for their bar service. They gave us a list of special cocktails they can make as well as provided us with a list of the alcohol to buy for the drinks. For specialty cocktails we had the Mai Tai, Mango Mojito and the Passion Old Fashion. All the drinks were so good! My favorite was the mojito, but A LOT of our family and friends raved about the old fashions! Their staff is also incredibly kind and friendly! I told them I wanted to try all three drinks, and they made sure I did! They would bring a drink and ask me what I wanted to try next. They're service is top tier and the staff made the night so much fun with their humor and friendliness. I loved having them a part of our day. read more

Hands down, some of the most professional people I've worked with. We had decided to use a bartending service kinda last minute. Stacey (owner) was very understanding and very helpful. She is honest and will not pressure you to purchase thru her company.. She advised us that it would be cheaper to purchase the alcohol on our own, but we declined because we didn't want the headache. When they arrived at the event, they came fully prepared and ready to go. We had 5 different types of wines, 4 different beers, soda, water, lemonade, flavored water. Their set up was clean and not cluttered. Guests found it very easily accessible and the bartender was on top of his game. I would highly recommend them to anyone having an event/party. read more

Stacey was super helpful and organized right from the get go. She provided us a menu of our drinks and even let us give them our own names. She was very clear with providing us a list of items to buy from Costco. The drinks had an awesome island flare. This is the best bar service on Maui, or really anywhere in the world honestly. Wow! Our wedding was a week ago and I'm still blown away by the service we had from Maui Bars are Us on our special day. All of our guests were ranting and raving about the drinks, the quality, the speed at which they were made and how accommodating our bartenders were all night long, especially at the end of the night. I would recommend Maui Bars Are Us again and again!! Stacey was so sweet! I was feeling a bit nauseous right before my wedding reception and she did everything she could to get me feeling better without me even asking (cool towel, tums, ginger ale, soda water- you name it). She had me feeling 100% in no time!! My guests all loved her and her team and the fancy drinks she made were delish (and I just got my photos back and they look beautiful and colorful in the photos). Stacey was a dream to work with for our wedding. She sent a list of specialty drinks that we could server and once I decided, she gave us a list of everything we would need to make shopping easy. We dropped off the liquor beforehand and after the ceremony, drinks started flowing. They were beautiful cocktails with flowers and the fresh squeezed juices were amazing. The bartenders were sweet and charming. They even picked up a couple of dark rum bottles that I could not find when I was out shopping. For that I am forever grateful. We would definitely recommend Bars Are Us to anyone planning a wedding or event who wants personal, professional, and friendly service, and someone there to help you every step of the way! She always notified me of upcoming dates to decide certain details, gave helpful suggestions how to make the entire event more personal and fun, and just had such a vibrant and happy attitude that definitely translated to her services. Although we did not get to meet with Stacey this time, next time we are in Maui, we are definitely taking her out for coffee, she was integral to making our wedding as perfect as it was, by making sure all the guests were hydrated and drinking happily!! Stacey is super sweet, professional and organized. Her drinks were absolutely amazing and the bar set up was flawless! She allowed us to purchase our own alcohol and wine and transport it to Olowalu. She helped up with a shopping list and made AMAZING custom drinks!! I wish I could remember the names of them....Anyway, one of them was a martini with muddled strawberry and she happily shared the recipe so I could make them on the mainland:). Yummy!! My husband and I got married at Olowalu on November 8, 2014. One of the vendors our WC recommended for bar service was Maui Bars Are Us. After a few emails with Stacey, we decided it would be a great fit - we were looking for something nice, fun, relaxed, etc and from the get go, Stacey was super enthusiastic and patient with all my questions. The emails (at first glance) seemed a little scattered, but definitely don't let this deter you. Stacey is so on top of it all. She helped me figure out how much alcohol/soda/water I needed to buy based on the guest count and suggested fun signature cocktails as well. We bought mostly everything at Costco (and returned the unopened leftovers the next day) and also followed one of Stacey's suggestions to look also at Tamura's in Lahaina. She was super helpful by text when I had questions as I was buying stuff. The day of the wedding, even though I didn't get to see the bar staff much, I could tell everyone was enjoying the drinks and having a good time. Some of the staff even came up to us at the sweetheart table to offer us drinks since we didn't get a chance to get to the bar. At the end of the day, all I really had to do was organize getting the alcohol/soda/water over to Olowalu and they took care of the rest! Extremely happy with our vendor selection! A little background: "Bars are us" came recommended by our catering crew. We made contact with Stacey and hired them for our August 2014 wedding! The planning process: For any bride or groom planning a destination wedding, you know the importance of reliably fast communication. Stacey was always available and responded in a timely matter (even when she was on vacation!). She made multiple revisions to our contract per our wishes and not once did we feel that she was bothered/upset by our requests. 100% of our communication was via email/fax/phone calls prior to wedding day. Stacey provided us with a comprehensive shopping list for our stated # of guests (very accurate). She made sure we knew what was needed by when and where as well as what she and her crew will be providing. There were no grey areas. Wedding Day: Applause! Stacey arrived on site well before our agreed on time to set up and make sure everything was in order. She was friendly and assured us that she would take care of us and our guests - she sure did! The drinks were well made and presented (the husband and I opted to have loose orchids for our drinks... Worth the splurge!). Final thoughts: Our guests were pleased with the drinks and service - not a single complaint. Our vendors (coordinators, photographers, videographers and catering crew) expressed that Stacey was a pleasure to work with. Again, we are extremely happy we chose "Bars are Us" and got Stacey for our wedding, highly recommend them and would definitely use again for future events! read more

We hired Maui Bars to do our wedding and they were exceptional. Stacey was a pleasure the entire day and evening. Each time it was delicious! We had three signature cocktails, an Old Fashioned, Mai Tais, and a Skinny Mango Cooler. They were all fantastic. The drink presentation and the glassware made it extra special. The service the provided during cocktail hour and after dinner was exquisite. They were well staffed, and there was never too long of a wait for our guests to get a drink. Stacey shared with us her thoughts and exciting stories of how she could make it even that much better. She was very involved in the planning process and even kept presenting new and exciting ways to make it fun for our quests. Bars R Us review We had a great experience with Bars R Us. Our concern when we selected vendors is that they would add to the loving and joyous nature of wedding celebration. They did not disappoint. We were pleased with the professionalism and level of service provided. We opted to create two signature cocktails, and they ended being so fantastic that we didn't purchase enough alcohol to cover the demand. Fortunately, the bartenders determined creative ways to generate these cocktails. We also had some wait staff, and they worked harmoniously and complemented the services provided by our catering company. Again, we highly recommend this company. read more
