Kevin was ready to go when he walked through the door. We were excited to taste what he put on the plates and in the bowls. The delivery was first rate, posh even, yet still in Maui mode. And they were really flexible about timing and menus! For New Years eve we had amazing sashimi, coconut shrimp, crab cakes, chicken piccata, huge salad, spring rolls and delicious homemade desserts. The food however was not the only high point - Honu Cuisine is a package. It's Hiram's incredible ability to source the best and freshest ingredients, use his customer's menu choices to perfectly match those ingredients, and create a beautiful, artistic, and incredibly tasty meal.
