We put on many spiritual retreats and trainings where we hire the chefs to feed anywhere from 50 to 150 people. Sometimes we travel for retreats and have brought jessica with us! I have to say that it was eating her amazing food for a week while in retreat that gave me the insight that being vegan could be delicious and healthy and thus sustainable for my own household! We were on a week long retreat in Maui and Jessica was our chef for the week. She cooked vegetarian lunches and dinner's for us everyday. Her meals are incredible!
