We specialize in life-sized games that take things up a notch – like the 6' tall and 6' wide Life-Sized Connect 4, the massive Life-Sized Battleship, and the always popular Life-Sized Guess Who (where you can even swap in custom faces). We also offer classics like Cornhole, Yard Jenga, Bocce Ball, and Spikeball, plus some unique favorites like QB54, Portuguese Horseshoes, and Fowling.
Each island has its own game selection, so make sure to check our website for what’s available on Maui and Oahu. No matter where you're booking, we make things easy – we handle delivery, setup, and pickup, so you can focus on enjoying the moment. Want to elevate the experience? We also run tournaments, team-building events, and game-hosted experiences to bring out some friendly competition.

History
Established in 2019.
In 2018, I had major cervical spine surgery, and during my recovery, I started noticing the growing popularity of Cornhole and other life-sized games. Most of what I had seen at events looked like they belonged in a frat house—not in an oceanfront wedding or luxury venue. With my background in woodworking (and a lot of learning along the way), I started building games with a more elevated look and feel.
The first game I built was Life-Sized Connect 4, followed by Battleship, then Guess Who. What started as a small idea quickly grew into something bigger—creating group experiences, hosting team-building events, and expanding our rental inventory to include event essentials like marquee letters, lighting, and audio.
Beyond just rentals, giving back has always been a big part of this business. Since starting, we’ve supported over 50 different schools, nonprofits, and community groups, helping bring people together in more ways than one. If you have ideas, I want to hear them.

Aloha! I'm Romy, better known as "The Yard Game Guy," and I'm the creative force behind transforming classic tabletop games into life-size experiences for everyone's enjoyment. My journey began when I observed the rising popularity of oversized games like Yard Jenga, Yard Dominoes, and Yard Dice, making waves as sought-after additions to family backyards. As a craftsman with an affinity for the finer things, I took it upon myself to embark on a unique venture, crafting one-of-a-kind fun with a touch of luxury.
My story unfolds on the beautiful island of Maui, where the inspiration to bring joy to gatherings through innovative games first took root. From there, the Yard Games Hawaii adventure expanded its reach to Oahu, and plans to head to the Big Island and beyond.
My mission is to curate games that not only entertain but also elevate the overall experience. Join me in this ongoing adventure as we continue to spread the joy of play, one life-size game at a time!
