I cannot say enough positive things about Aloha Bars!! I would absolutely recommend them for any special event (or really anything where drinks are involved :)). I recently celebrated my 40th birthday and the experience Aloha Bars provided was an absolute highlight, exceeding all of my expectations (as well as those of my guests, who can have very particular tastes). I provided some basic information about my favorite type of beverages and Kirsty and her team ran with it, creating the most beautiful and delicious drinks you could imagine. The presentation and experience was so beautiful it is difficult to describe but I'm attaching a few pictures. There were so many special surprises from Aloha Bars throughout the night, all unexpected but perfect. I could not have been happier with the presentation, taste, and spirit from Kirsty and her team. This may not be typical, but Kirsty helped recommend an amazing chef when we were having some trouble finding the right fit. She and her team also stepped in and helped with service for the dinner, which again might not be typical but saved the day! I will 100% hire Aloha Bars again without question! read more

Kirsty and her team were absolutely delightful to work with for our wedding at Olowalu! I am a cocktail blogger and we both love to regularly entertain for friends at home, so having an amazing bar experience at our wedding was one of our top wedding priorities. Since we were planning a destination wedding fully remote, we were a little nervous about how much we'd be able to feasibly plan and control, but our experience could not be more perfect with the ABM team! For our drink selection, we had *very* specific (and complex) requests and recipes (down to fractions of ounces). Kristy and her team executed these to perfection and she was so meticulously detail-oriented to ensure the drinks looked exactly as we envisioned (things like the shapes of the orange peel swaths, the colors of the flowers, the shapes of the lemon wedges, cucumber rosettes, the consistency of the cream topping, the serving glassware and straws, and more). It was definitely a lot to ask, and we are so grateful Kirsty and the ABM team not only took on the challenge, but were so excited to work with us to bring our vision to life! On sourcing the alcohol, she connected us with a local retailer (Wailea Wines) and had great recommendations on volume we needed to purchase. Everything was delivered directly to our venue, and unopened excess bottles could be returned...this made the entire experience super straightforward to plan! On our wedding day, the team worked amazingly efficiently and we never saw a guest without a drink in hand or a line for drinks. We did not miss out on any drinks, and the team ensured *we* were able to enjoy everything we envisioned even through the hectic-ness of the day. For our guests, drinks were served upon arrival, directly after the ceremony, and the open bar all evening went without a glitch. We even had a post-dinner amaro bar, which the team flawlessly set up and transitioned to during the course of the evening. We cannot thank the ABM team enough for making our special day truly phenomenal. Every couple has different expectations and priorities for their wedding...trust that the ABM has the expertise for anything you throw at them for your perfect bar experience, and will always put you and your guests first! read more

From start to finish, the Aloha Bar experience was a 10 out of 10!!! Kristy blew us away on our first meeting. The service provided by Aloha Bars Maui at our wedding at the Olowalu Plantation House was absolutely exceptional. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our decision to go with them! First of all-- the bar setup we chose was aesthetically stunning, high-quality, and perfectly complemented our venue with some decorative touches. Noa and William, the bartenders at our event, were outstanding. They were fun, personable, and incredibly efficient, especially considering the complexity of our three signature cocktails. We chose the smoked old fashioned as one of signature cocktails and each and every one was freshly smoked, which is something I'd never seen at a wedding! I feel like a lot of times with bar service at weddings they cut a lot of corners and put out more simplified versions of drinks to keep the crowd moving, but Aloha Bars Maui spared no detail AND provided fast, professional and fun service. The drinks were served quickly and, must importantly, tasted incredible. They were perfectly balanced, delicious enough to sip all night, and beautifully garnished. If you take one thing from this review let it be that having the Mai Tai with the passionfruit foam as one of your signature drinks is a MUST. So perfect for the location and so, so, delicious. It was a hit with the entire group. Additionally, Kirsty was a joy to work with throughout the planning process. She answered all our questions thoughtfully and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. Her guidance on purchasing alcohol and providing cost estimates was invaluable and made planning so much easier. I highly recommend booking Aloha Bars Maui for your next event, especially if it's a wedding. Thank you, Kirsty and Aloha Maui Bars, for exceeding our expectations and playing a crucial role in ensuring our guests had a fantastic time all night! read more

I could not say enough good words about this company. From start to finish they were personable, accommodating, and the kind of stuff do you want at a wedding. Their cocktails are delicious and they work with you to create your bar and offer advice on Hawaii flavors. Kirsty and her entire staff on the wedding day were so accommodating to not only the bride and groom but all the guest. The cocktails they make are delicious and the presentation is top notch. This in my opinion is the only bar to go with if you're getting married in Maui if you want delicious drinks and amazing people to celebrate with! read more

We chose Aloha Bars for our wedding at Olowalu Plantation on Maui on May 19, 2018. The bar and dancing were the most important aspects of our wedding reception (we used to live in LA and currently live in SF so our bar standards are pretty high) and Aloha Bars came through! From meeting Kirsty at our vendor introduction to the last shot being poured during our last dance, Aloha Bars was professional from start to finish. The drinks were absolutely beautiful and delicious, her bartender William and server Shaunda were fabulous and engaging, and everyone at our wedding has raved about the drinks and hospitality of this company since the wedding!!! We opted for two of their specialty drinks and one customized drink. They were delicious, fresh, well-balanced...I cannot say enough. We hope to be able to utilize their services again in the future in some form or fashion (vow renewal or anniversary party?!) because they were just that great. We highly recommend!!! read more

Kirsty and the team at Aloha Bars were just perfect, from the planning stage to the on-the-day setup and service. The questionnaire that Kirsty shared was very detailed and informative, and ultimately helped us understand how much alcohol to buy. They also had some AMAZING signature cocktail options! Once our shopping list was shared, it helped to know we could buy from Costco to reduce costs, but also return anything that we didn't use. On the day itself, the signature cocktails were not only delicious, but they were able to incorporate our dog into the wedding by creating rice paper photo prints that were added to the cocktails. Every time we went up for a drink, they were ready, efficient, and kept the party going until the very end! Thank you Aloha Bars! read more

Aloha Bars Maui was the perfect decision for our wedding! The service, the people, the bar, the drinks - everything was PERFECT!! They were both so sweet and so attentive. My husband and I were never without some sort of drink in our hands, and our guests as well. The bar the use is absolutely beautiful and went perfect with the rest of our decor. The drinks were delicious and everyone was nice and buzzed as the night went on lol. Everything was done so beautifully - so thankful to have had them on our wedding day!! read more

10/5 stars for Kristy and her team! They handled the bartending for my wedding this past Sat (Aug 24) and wow they were so great. My guests were RAVING about them (and Chandra -sorry if I am butchering her name-was a fan favorite). I had decent expectations from them due to their obvious pre planning organization and reviews but was still just so so happy we went with them for our bar! We are big cocktail/spirit snobs so wanted something upscale and they really delivered on all aspects. Their attention to detail was spot on (remembering random things I had mentioned in a survey, keeping an eye on "possible overdoing it guests", asking if our drinks were made exactly how we liked them, the list goes on). I was also very pleased with what was included in the package- the bar (that is a big rental savings by itself), bar decor (same- we chose their light up letters-this made me happy because I looked into renting this and it was a little pricey), wine service and champagne toast at dinner (we supplied the alcohol they did everything else), and last but not least the glassware was very nice- I was pleased to see the wine glasses were modern and elegant and not your typical run of the mill basic wine glasses. A simple thing but something that made me happy. Also- the included drink menu was AMAZING. It was an LED screen that had illustrations of what our signature cocktails looked like. Seriously so cool. read more

We absolutely loved Kirsty and her team. Working with Kirsty was easy from the start, and being an event planner, i could tell she was extremely attentive and organized and aimed to please. On the day of the wedding, she and her staff went above and beyond. we felt she always knew when to serve us, when we needed water and when we needed a refill. Aloha Bars was the one vendor all of our guests raved about, enjoying the service, but also the hospitality of the bartenders/servers. Thank you Kirsty! I would recommend Aloha Bars to anyone and everyone! see photos of them from our wedding at Olowalu. :) read more

WOW !!! We were blown away with the unbelievable service we received from Aloha Bars. Kirsty is an absolute dream to work with. Oh where to start with this one.... Aloha Bars Maui would get 10 stars if it were up to me... Kirsty and her crew don't just serve up drinks, they put on an experience. For starters, they have a presentation that belongs in a magazine... It's truly one of a kind and has a beachy, country, relaxed vibe. They concoct some delicious drinks that LOOK as great as they TASTE. They go the extra mile with beverage presentation: they serve drinks with pretty garnishes, in beautiful glasses and even Earth friendly paper straws. The staff works as a well oiled machine, making sure that all the bases are covered and that things run smoothly. I would definitely recommend Aloha Bars Maui for any event where you want a classy, hassle-free experience.. a local gathering, destination wedding, etc. read more

We were so lucky to have found Aloha Bars Maui to bartend at our wedding! TLDR: 6 months before our wedding, our original bar vendor backed out on us so our new coordinator immediately had ABM on hold. Although we were devastated with the situation, it's clear to see from ABM's reviews that we couldn't go wrong. ABM has extremely reasonable pricing, quality drinks and most importantly, top notch staff! Through ABM, we were able to work with Wailea Wines to order and deliver our alcohol directly to our venue which was so convenient and saved everyone time. They also offer no hassle returns on unopened bottles after the event! We filled out a long questionnaire when we first booked with ABM which included our drink selections, whether we wanted toasts, what we wanted to drink after the ceremony, etc. It was so thorough and well thought out that I was skeptical if the day would actually go as planned. Fast forward to the day of: During getting ready, the guys requested to have a shot of patron which ABM delivered with juice chasers. For the ladies, lemonade and water to keep us hydrated. Right after the ceremony, we were whisked away for group photos but ABM came over with our (DELICIOUS) drinks of choice that we had selected from the questionnaire (lifesavers!). The staff consistently checked in on us throughout the evening to make sure we were okay and got us whatever drinks we wanted (we felt like royalty! so spoiled! :P ). Even our guests raved about how awesome they were. After reception, when they poured shots for a group of us (upon request), they specifically gave the groom an ounce less because they wanted to make sure the groom doesn't get wasted and ruins his own wedding haha. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness while being accommodating. The whole ABM team was fun to work with and they remembered everything we wrote down on the questionnaire. Honestly, booking with Kirsty was such a smooth and pleasant experience. She's happy to chat over the phone and quick to respond to emails. Excellent bar vendor. Heartwarming team. You won't regret it! Thanks Kirsty & the Aloha Bars Maui team! read more

This review is long overdue and If I could give Kirsty and her team more than 5 stars, I would. We used them for my 85 person wedding celebration on 1/12/20 at Olowalu Plantation House. They were recommended to us through our wedding planner (TMW) and we could not have been more impressed with their service. Kirsty was available to answer all questions and help curate the perfect shopping list to service my party of professional drinkers and fancy cocktail lovers. We live in Chicago and have high standards when it comes to bar and service and we were absolutely blown away. The drinks were beautiful, the staff was professional & attentive, and there was never a line at the bar. It even rained a little on our day and staff was prepared and ready to go. This will be my 3rd year in a row hiring Kristy and her team Aloha Bars to run our bar for our employee party. Their customer service is amazing from start to finish. Perfectly staffed for our guest count, happy guests, no one waiting around for a drink, ever! Aloha Bars is second to none. This team gets it! The flow and experience from beginning to end is flawless. You will be spoiled and wish you had Aloha Bars at every event possible! This review comes nearly 3 months after our big wedding day and I still think about the AMAZING service we received from Kirsty and her entire ABM team. We used their bar service for our 75-person wedding at the Maui Dragon Fruit Farm and we also used them for the after party at Lahaina Loft. While the drinks were delicious (5 out of 5 stars), it was their service (10 STARS) that made our wedding memorable. From the reception to the after party, they were amazingly attentive and FUN! And even the next day after the wedding, there were at least 20 guests who absolutely raved about one particular server - Chanda - who remembered everyone's names and even joined in on some dancing at the after party! In all, ABM was hands-down our best vendor we selected out of everything and everyone else who played a part in our wedding. So THANK YOU Kirsty and team for making our wedding bar services PERFECT! read more

We are so happy that our wedding planner referred Aloha Bars to us for our wedding day! They added the aesthetic we were looking for that made our wedding feel classy but also relaxed and welcoming. We had three bartenders/ staff and they were so amazing! They were very attentive, and it seemed as though everyone always had a drink in their hand. They even made sure to keep an eye out for a particular guest we were worried about drinking too much by giving an update to us part way through the reception. They seemed to be very familiar with this predicament which made us feel at ease and like we could relax and not have to worry about it. The drinks were incredible as well! The smoke old fashioned was such a hit and the guava mojitos were so beautiful with the fresh flower and super cute straw! The process of planning leading up to the wedding was so easy with Kirsty, the owner. She has you fill out a questionnaire that covers everything you could think of plus more! Before we hired a bar service, we were so overwhelmed thinking of all the things that we would have to make sure were covered such as greeting guests with drinks, drinks while the bridal party was getting ready, how much alcohol to buy, what the bar would look like, what drinks to choose, etc. All of those overwhelming feelings disappeared once we started working with Kirsty. The pricing is based off of your guest count and is very reasonable. Everything is included in that price which makes it so simple. We loved the idea of not having to worry about choosing a silver, gold, or platinum package because you always feel like you are missing out if you don't go with the top tiered package. With Aloha Bars you feel like you are getting the top tier no matter what and you don't have to worry about add-ons. They provide every detail of service you could imagine and you get lots of choices so you can still make it feel unique to fit your wedding and style. Overall, we would highly recommend Aloha Bars if you are planning a wedding or event. If we could do our wedding all over we wish we would've just stood by the bar the entire night because it was the main attraction and such a beautiful setup. read more

Amazing service! The drinks were on point and they were very attentive and responsive of guests needs.

We had our wedding at Kukahiko Estate on August 8, 2015 and we cannot thank Aloha Bars enough for the amazing service they provided. It was so much fun working with Kirsty to come up with our signature cocktails and their names for the wedding. For example, we explained how we drink our martinis and Kirsty added her own spin to it to make it more suitable for wedding and Hawaii. She also provided us with a list of suggested wines for the guests. She personally went to Costco and took pictures of wines so that we can try them before coming to Hawaii. She was so sweet and patient with us. And I have to say the details in their presentation were very sophisticated. They incorporated fresh local ingredients and beautiful accessories like specialty straws and tropical flowers. Some of them were too pretty to drink! But we did drink those cocktails and they were all spot on. All of our guests really enjoyed the personalized cocktails and they all had their own favorites. And their Vintage, shabby, chic looking bar perfectly matched our rustic farm tables. Aloha Bar also created a customized menu for our wedding which was so adorably cute. We are actually getting it framed! Kirsty and Will were so pleasant to work with and not only were they so professional but they were genuinely nice people. They are not just ordinary bar service, they provide you and your guests with an experience. We really were blown away by Aloha Bars. Thank you, Kirsty!!! read more
