It all went very smoothly. Expectations and rules were clearly laid out in the venue contract regarding costs, service, vendors, rentals and food. We had one surprise with the admin fees on the bar tab the night of the wedding but the service was so excellent we didn't worry about it. The venue is gorgeous! It's right on the beach but the ceremony takes place on grass, which was helpful for our guests. It has a lovely path along the side garden that we used as the wedding entrance. The house is quite large and allowed for dinner in air conditioning. They even had the AC cranked up in the bride room for getting ready. We got A LOT of compliments from our guests (and vendors) on the food. I had at least one guest compliment that they loved each appetizer and each entree.
