She gave me the good news that they could meet our needs. They called as promised before delivery, and Karsten and Eric (the owner) showed up on time to help set up the tent. They carefully and meticulously set up the tent avoiding all sprinkler and irrigation lines which was a major concern for us. My brother was having his reception on Maui on 10/19. When our wedding planner fell through last minute, I had to find all the vendors myself. I contacted Signature to rent some furniture and I just could not get through to anyone!! I tried multiple text, calls, and emails. About a week before the event, I finally got a respond back on text saying they'll call me back in a couple hours and those couple hours actually turned into a few days (2 days before the event). If they can't respond to potential clients, I wouldn't expect them to be responsive when you're doing an actual event with them. Blessing in disguise that things didn't work out with this company.
