1 Star + :owner was able to offer reasonable price 1 Star +…read more:DJ accepted a playlist and showed up prior to event time 1 Star - :DJ played outdated songs during pre ceremony (not even close to the playlist which was designed to cater to our guests) and sound quality was bad (weak base and soft) 1 Star - :we provided a tent to help protect the DJ from unexpected rain even if it wasn't part of the contract. it rained. we had the DJ relocated indoor. the DJ did not communicate to us how long it will take for him to reset. by the time the DJ finished resetting, garter/bouquet toss and first dance are done and most of our guests are gone. we had to use our own speaker and our own songs to play. it was frustrating because we missed out on all of the fun dancing with our guest, they left because it was so quiet. 1 Star - : owner did not offer any sympathy towards our experience. he stated that his equipment is state of art and that we provided a playlist to be played only during the reception (it took us time to write the list off songs and none was played). Finally when I asked for a refund (asking only to charge us for DJ transportation) the owner refused, he said they're small company and cannot afford to refund instead he offered a free DJ service for future events. Now, when will we ever use that? And the sad part... WE CAN NEVER TURN BACK TIME for missed opportunity of having a fun wedding to our guests. We are VERY FRUSTRATED.
