TOP SERVICE, ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND PRODUCTION…read more I've had the pleasure of working with Jack and the Theatrix team on many corporate events and military concerts. Jack and his team go above and beyond to ensure the vision of clients are met, the WOW factor is there, and there is no lag in the attention to every detail. The Theatrix team are wonderful partners going above and beyond to help other vendors find solutions to issues. In a recent event, I myself needed advice/help with some things I was not used to. Jack took the time to take extra calls and walk me through contracting processes - not a part of the usual scope of work but a testament to the teamwork attitude of this company. Would 100% recommend to any of my upscale and corporate clients.

Anyway, always a pleasure doing business with you Dennis! I hope to be able to use your services more often.

Dennis and his gang came in early to set up and even helped us in setting up the tables when they noticed that we were running behind schedule. They gave A LOT. For the price of all those items I rented them for I was expecting the servings to be small but in fact they were the opposite. The halo halo for example was the size of a regular halo halo you would find at a restaurant. The cotton candy was bigger than the size of my head. All the adults and kids really enjoyed them. They also stayed longer than the time I rented them for and even saved the take down of the bounce house for last because the kids were still enjoying it. Dennis and his gang was very friendly and quick with their service. At the end of the party, they helped us with clean up too! I'm so glad that we used them. I highly recommend Santos Party Central and will definitely use them again in the future

This experience has given me the opportunity to live a small dream I've had without all the worry of losing money and all the pressure of experienced gamblers. You see, my parents, like any other person in Hawaii, love Vegas. I however would rather spend my money traveling to anywhere BUT Vegas; "why go to Vegas when I can go to Korea/Greece/Japan?" is my mindset. But I love my parents, and it would be great to one day share a table with my dad, JLV made it possible. My dad gets to satisfy his gambling itch, while I don't lose money in the process. Also, I already know who I'm booking for entertainment for his and my mom's next birthday party, anniversary, etc. The dealers who run the tables are professional and a lot of fun. Like I said, I've experienced this three times, two family parties and one company party. Every time, the dealers have delivered and added to the atmosphere. Although, they do break character every now and then to help newbies, which I really appreciate! My husband also doesn't gamble but his friends love to play roulette. Since there was a roulette table my husband decided to practice but had no idea what he was doing. Eventually the dealer got wind of this and took his time explaining how to play and what to do to my husband. If I could give one tip: 90 minutes of play is NOT ENOUGH. It went by so fast! Do yourself and your guests a favor and invest in more play time. I truly believe it's worth it and overall worth it to book JLV to bring the ninth island to your next event.
