Unfortunately, the night before the event the guest of honor that we were throwing the party had to go to the hospital so we could not carryon on with their party. Tony didn't give us a hard time about canceling the night before. I offered to pay some sort of penalty but he kindly declined. I was really looking forward to work with him, but this experience definitely made me want to contact him again for future service. Thank you Tony!

They literally lost all of their clients overnight! 2020 has been a struggle for Jimmy Main and his crew but his determination to keep his company going is inspiring! Main Party Rentals is a family based, veteran owned company and are some of the hardest working people I've ever seen in action and always with a smile on their face. How do I know Jimmy Main? You can easily request items on their website and Aaron responds immediately with any questions or confirmation. He is polite, respectful, efficient, informative and flexible. A deposit is requested to hold the date and items, conveniently payable via their website link or Venmo, Pay Pal. A confirmation email locks your date and items in with the deposit. The day of the delivery driver calls to confirm address and drop off time and pick up. We have never experienced any problems with dropping off at wrong time, wrong items, incorrect number or broken. The chairs and tables we order are always clean and in good working condition. We wipe them down before stacking to make it easier for them to pick up. We were allowed to cancel a large tent two days before the event when it appeared that the weather would hold up. The workers showed up promptly that morning and busted 'okole setting everything up just as we asked. Then they showed up promptly at the end of the night, busting 'okole again to take everything away. The whole time, they were pleasant and respectful. Rain water had gotten into the units which made it very difficult for the guys to pack them up. It ended up taking two crews. They all remained professional and cheerful, though drenched. I then used them again this June. This time just 1 18' slide for my family visiting, ages 5-9. It was the hottest day of the year and the littles played on the slide for hours without stopping. Next time I may go smaller because they picked up some good speed and would occasionally get sore when their arms would rub against the stitching or velcro. Staff is very friendly. Timing for setting up and picking up always works out. You can order online or by phone. Staff will call and email you to confirm the order, setup time, delivery results, and pickup time. All the bases are covered.
