Unfortunately, the night before the event the guest of honor that we were throwing the party had to go to the hospital so we could not carryon on with their party. Tony didn't give us a hard time about canceling the night before. I offered to pay some sort of penalty but he kindly declined. I was really looking forward to work with him, but this experience definitely made me want to contact him again for future service. Thank you Tony!

He promised to come by at 730am and arrived on time! Wut?? Yup! Gwen and Denise were super friendly through all the stress of planning and very accomodating with the changes we had to make. We were allowed to cancel a large tent two days before the event when it appeared that the weather would hold up. The workers showed up promptly that morning and busted 'okole setting everything up just as we asked. Then they showed up promptly at the end of the night, busting 'okole again to take everything away. The whole time, they were pleasant and respectful. Accel will be at the top of our list should we need event services in the future.

The signs used to be witty and fun but now they are sexist, rude, low key right wing, and not funny or related to any of their products. Hundreds of people and Mo'ili'ili commuters are stuck driving by their stupid sign every day. Please just advertise your business or have someone post taglines that are actually funny instead of cringe or offensive.

While customer service is always great, no one forgets the bottom line, and Hawaii Special Events offered very affordable pricing, and he allowed us to make changes throughout the planning process, even on the day of! The littles were only able to use the inflatables for a short time. The rains were persistent and the crew returned the following day to pick up the inflatables. Rain water had gotten into the units which made it very difficult for the guys to pack them up. It ended up taking two crews. They all remained professional and cheerful, though drenched. I then used them again this June. This time just 1 18' slide for my family visiting, ages 5-9. It was the hottest day of the year and the littles played on the slide for hours without stopping. Next time I may go smaller because they picked up some good speed and would occasionally get sore when their arms would rub against the stitching or velcro. Staff is very friendly. Timing for setting up and picking up always works out. You can order online or by phone. Staff will call and email you to confirm the order, setup time, delivery results, and pickup time. All the bases are covered.
