    I had an outdoor wedding and everything down to the wire was pretty much a lā carte. I met with several other tent companies but this one was the winner. The place looked a little sketch, even going into their office on the second floor above workers doing laundry of what must've been millions of table covers/napkins/etc. I had a strict budget and laid out everything I wanted. I don't recall her name but she helped give me options. Important details to have in mind before your appt: Venue date, place, budget and number of guests. Then she can help work her magic. After meeting a couple times, we finally decided on the layout of the venue based on the blue prints she conjured up. I was satisfied and ecstatic. Unfortunately I wasn't able to fit chandelier lights in my budget so I settled with a generic type, which I ended up regretting. Not living up to my name, I should've took a picture of the light that wasn't on during the whole wedding on one side of the tent and should've said something. But in the high of the moment, on our day, I ignored it.. I did a first preview before my big day and noticed the tables were "buss up," but hey, it did it's job and was covered anyways. Not too much gold options, specifically champagne gold was my main wedding color, but no bigs, I chose something similar. Overall, I'd recommend this company for your big event needs! Don't be frugal on the lights!

    Accel Party Rentals delivered and set up our staging and flooring for our wedding. They were responsive by email and flexible to my changing needs. I never met with anyone face-to-face, but the set up was perfect and just what we needed. They work well at Kapolei Golf Club, which was where we had our ceremony and reception! Thank you, Accel Party Rentals, for helping make our wedding dreams come true!

    Joni and Watanabe Floral were amazing to work with for our destination wedding. We were looking for a florist that was in our budget and they definitely were. Joni was very responsive via e-mail and through phone calls when e-mails were too tiring to write because I had so many questions. The bridal and bridesmaids bouquets were beautiful and they came out just like how I asked Joni for them. The ti leaf leis and orchid leis were all beautiful. For the reception, we repurposed the bridesmaids' bouquets and used them as the decoration for the sweetheart table and it was still beautiful. We also ordered monstera leaves and loose orchids for the reception tables. All of the flowers that we ordered for our wedding day were beautiful and fresh. I also ordered an all-white-flower haku lei for the reception which was beautiful. I read some reviews on here complaining that the ties Watanabe uses for the haku leis are plastic or something and not actual ribbons. No one even sees it--everyone focuses on the flowers. And my haku was beautiful. Watanabe was also very punctual when it came to delivering the flowers to where they needed to be; communication was excellent with them. They were also very patient when I had to constantly send them revision after revision. I would highly recommend Watanabe Floral if you are looking for a high quality florist that won't hurt your wallet.

    Okay this is a legitimate review which is long overdue. I booked Accel to setup chairs with sashes and an arch with drapery for my destination beach wedding. I called and spoke to someone to setup the arrangements and payment and they emailed my invoice. On my wedding day, riding the limo to the ceremony, I get a call from family and the videographer that they can't find any wedding chairs setup at the ceremony site. I'm in panic mode and call Accel and get an answering machine, then my maid of honor calls too. STILL NOTHING. At least the officiant was at the ceremony site. It may not have turned out how I imagined it to be, but we made it work at the last minute. Literally. The following day we went to Accel to get our refund. We got an apology from one of the girls that said she felt terrible. When I asked for an explanation she told me that one of the new girls that took my order entered the WRONG YEAR for the reservation. My wedding date is pretty easy...it's 1-7-17... My guests stood throughout my ceremony and I didn't say my vows with the arch. Sad this unexpected issue happened on my wedding day. It's done and I'm married and despite it all it was still the best day ever. I just want to review to prevent this type of stupid mistake from happening again.

    Working with Accel was a nightmare. Do not let this company ruin your special day the way they ruined mine. From giant holes in their tents, to bringing only some of the items on my paid invoice, Accel was overwhelmingly one of the worst businesses I've ever had the displeasure of hiring. Customer service is better at the DMV!

    We rented the clear tent, chairs, tables, and white dance floor for an outdoor wedding. For the most part everything turned out great. My only concern was the white dance floor. I was surprised to see condition and installation of the floor. There were lifted corners in some areas which concerned me. It wasn't the polished dance floor we were expecting which we originally requested the white floor covering. Unfortunately we were told close to the wedding date it was not available for rental which I believe would have made a big difference in the aesthetics.

    Accel delivery guys strung the cafe lights & made sure they had electric source. Table, chairs, chair pads all rented from Accel.

    We did a DIY wedding (really it was an elopement disguised as a seaside dinner party!). I felt like the entire set up was straight out of Pinterest! I was so happy with the rental items. They set up EVERYTHING on their own (including stringing cafe lights and running electrical to the lights) which took all the stress of set up off me. We had delivery around 10 a.m. (for a 4 p.m. wedding), and then they came back the next day to take it all down. Set-up took about 2 hours (we had plenty of time). PRO: They have everything you need, including linens, coffee cups & all the little things you would easily forget about. They are a big enough company that you know they will have the quantities you need in competition with everyone else on Oahu throwing a party the day of the event. (Another rental company I called for a quote said they were fully booked). They set up EVERYTHING (including stringing up cafe lights from palm trees) & come take it all down the next day. They are a 24-hour operation so if you need same-day take down they can manage it. I thought the bill would have been more expensive, so I was surprised at how reasonable the costs were. The website shows all the catalogue options, but you can always ask if they have something in a different metal or color. You can tinker with your order (add, subtract) items right up to the day before. My event was WAY out in the middle of nowhere & they didn't bat an eye about delivery to the location. They offer a military discount (initially I didn't get it so they credited it back to me after the event). CON: Not too many, honestly! The warehouse packed the wrong silverware (they sent silver, we ordered rose gold) on the truck & I didn't figure it out until the guys were halfway through stringing up the lights. Thankfully I had budgeted enough time that one of them went back to the warehouse to get the right set! We rented a more expensive farm table, with the intent to keep it "naked" (no tablecloth). One of the tables had a HUGE deep white scratch down it that was very noticeable on the dark wood. Since they had to get the right silverware I asked to change out the tables & they happily did. The initial email quote for my event took a little more response time than I thought (like a week before they responded to me), but after calling to check on it they got back to me right away. After the quote was in the system it was easy to add items & had great timely responses. On Oahu you often don't have a lot of options. Accel was awesome & I'm thrilled with the customer service both in the planning & the guys on site who did the set up/take down.

    You know who you can call when you're in need of a vendor who's listed in the C&C list of insured…read morevendors if you're holding an event at a park? A & B Party Rentals. They flew in like Superman to save the day (family reunion). Last Friday, C&C finally called me to go over my permit. The original party rental company were not listed with the C&C as an insured vendor. Talk about almost having a panic attack. After talking with the office personnel that I'll call them back after checking with the original company who did not answer, I looked up via Yelp who were reliable party rental companies. A & B Party Rentals was the top of the list AND they are located in Kapolei. I contacted them and first thing I asked...are they listed on the C&C list of insured vendors. They said yes. They were also available for the date of my event. PERFECT. I chose my package and paid in full instead of a deposit because they saved my sanity. The day prior to the event, they called to confirm as well as find out what time I would be at the park because there is a two hour window of when they would arrive depending on the time I indicated I would be at the park. On the day of, they showed up within the hour and set up quickly and efficiently. Friendly young guys who had a good system of working together. Our breakdown was scheduled for 5:00pm but my family were having too much fun, that I contacted A & B party rentals to see if I could extend to 6:00pm. They were accommodating and said yes. The breakdown was just as fast by the same team that my husband and I chose to tip them again. At the end of the event, I had to breathe a sigh of relief that everything went as smooth as possible. The tent (20x40) accommodated my entire family of 60+. The picnic tables I requested were sturdy and easy to set up (NOTE: If you choose this table option, the table set up is on you.) The bouncer comes with its own generator and lasted way more than the expected time (4-6 hours). Recommend: Highly Returning Customer: I will be! Pricing: Reasonable for a rental company Customer Service: Excellent Response: Quick (within less than 10 minutes)

Arrived on time, set up everything quickly. Dennis wasn't there that day, his cousin stepped in for him, so there was a couple snafus in the morning but it was minor and the cousin was super nice and apologetic. Dennis and his gang came in early to set up and even helped us in setting up the tables when they noticed that we were running behind schedule. They gave A LOT. For the price of all those items I rented them for I was expecting the servings to be small but in fact they were the opposite. The halo halo for example was the size of a regular halo halo you would find at a restaurant. The cotton candy was bigger than the size of my head. All the adults and kids really enjoyed them. They also stayed longer than the time I rented them for and even saved the take down of the bounce house for last because the kids were still enjoying it. Dennis and his gang was very friendly and quick with their service. At the end of the party, they helped us with clean up too! I'm so glad that we used them. I highly recommend Santos Party Central and will definitely use them again in the future

Prior to our wedding I contacted Clint and he made everything so easy. Very professional and clear communication that he gives. Payment is so easy as well it's only a click away. Clint worked with us to comfortably seating 70 people in a small setting. He suggested what he could do to seat our family. While on the phone he asked if he could stake his tent in the yard so it won't blow away, and we said absolutely. If we need to adjust our order before our day we could, no pressure. Clint and his team came out the day before to set up and they knocked it out! We don't have to do anything including disinfectant the tables and chairs. Clint didn't pressure us in finishing at a certain time. If you are looking for a professional company to make any occasion special please don't hesitate to call Clint and his team! Btw. His price is very reasonable! If we ever need and services for a special day we will be calling them back! Again, thank you guys for making our day so special! You made my wife so happy!! By the end of my first site visit with Nate, he filled in almost all my dozens of question marks, and as we continued to plan, he was always prompt to communicate with me with any changes or questions coming from either end. His extensive knowledge in the event planning space made the whole process less stressful for me and my team. While customer service is always great, no one forgets the bottom line, and Hawaii Special Events offered very affordable pricing, and he allowed us to make changes throughout the planning process, even on the day of! He kept me in contact with all of his contractors, making sure everyone was on the same page. On the day of, the set up crew was great to work with, and they really turned it into a stunning venue for our 500+ audience members! I would highly recommend anyone who takes it upon themselves to go above and beyond what's expected. Big or small, Hawaii Special Events can do it all! (so clique, but so true!)
