Excellent service! I ordered the day before via phone in New York to have them delivered to the papakea resort and they delivered them the following early afternoon no problem. I had the option of small, medium or large arrangement. I chose the large because it included the king flower. I would highly recommend this florist and definitely use them again in the future!! About $12 for delivery and $150 for the large bouquet! 5 out of 5

She helped my best friend put together a bouquet for her vow renewal last minute, and it is the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen. She also made her a flower crown that came out beautifully. The day I went to pick it up (the day before the wedding), her dad just so happened to forget his boutonniere. She made one for him in literally less than a minute and it was beautiful. My family and I were staying at the Marriott Ocean club for a week to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Called my flower shop based on yelp reviews and found out they were actually located in the Marriott complex. I requested a floral arrangement using local flowers, and the results were spectacular. I forget the name of the owner but she said they had a small medium and large. I requested the large for $95 and she said she would have it at the front desk waiting for me upon our check-in. They say a picture is worth 1000 words, so I think this picture speaks for itself. I stopped by the shop to thank her in person but the shop was closed for the week so I hope she reads this review to find out how much I appreciated her lovely arrangement.

The most wonderful and talented flower shop on Maui!! Diana made us gorgeous Haku and and Ti leaf leis for celebrating our 10 year anniversary. The flowers were so fresh, fragrant, and leis handmade to order. She took the time to make sure she got the style I was looking for, and to size it to fit me well. Diana gave me great instructions on how to extend the life of our leis. I flew home with them and the Haku lasted weeks! My husband's Ti leaf Lei is hanging in our bedroom still. Just absolutely incredible and beautiful. Next time we are on Maui we will definitely be returning to this shop. I wish we had a local florist so talented and kind. Every year for my best friends birthday I send her flowers. Well this year she was going to be in Maui for her birthday and I live in California so I looked online for a flower shop near her hotel and My Flower Shop Lahaina came up. They were so nice and helpful and let me just say the tropical flower arrangement they delivered to my best friend to her hotel room we so much better than I even could imagine. 10/10 would recommend. Diane was so gracious and accommodating and when I took the arrangement to the vehicle and strapped it in (because it was so large)! My wife and I spent her birthday on the west side of Maui this week. I called and asked for a traditional tropical arrangement to be delivered to our room on the day of our arrival. Beautiful head lei!!! Diana made it for us within 24 hours because we decided to take senior pictures on the beach while we were here. This shop is inside the Marriot Beach Club. The valet let's you park on the side to run in to the shop. Prices are reasonable and we were so happy how it turned out! read more

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Renewing my 40th anniversary I forgot to order leis and bouquet. Not only were my flowers gorgeous, Diana did everything to help me locate ti leaf leis for the groomsmen and gorgeous decorative Kukui nut necklace for my husband . I only had 6 hours and Diana kept me informed constantly and located everything I needed including my bouquet , a beautiful lei for my mother in law and fresh green/ Kukui nut neckless for my 2 & 4 years grandsons. I loved my bouquet for our 10 year vow renewal. Diana was super easy to work with from the mainland. I emailed a few photos and we talked over the phone. Her prices are very reasonable; she will work with your budget. We also got our wedding leis and leis for our guests and kids from her. My wife and 7 of her former high school girlfriends gathered at our timeshare at Ka'anapali to celebrate their all turning 75 this year. I called Diana on Friday to have two arrangements sent the following day, Saturday, to our timeshare for them and she asked if I thought they might also enjoy leis. That was a terrific suggestion, and I agreed to the leis in addition to the two flower arrangements. My wife sent a photo of all the ladies wearing their leis with the flower arrangements in from of them. Absolutely gorgeous and everything exceeded my expectations. Diane did it again. After reading some of My Flower Shop reviews, I had to write one too. In October 2021 while using my unit at the Marriott Maui Ocean Club, a couple I invited to go with me decided to get married the day after arrival. We struggled to figure out the best way to proceed, and decided to make it happen. I got ordained and approved to officiate in Maui and set out to secure a venue. As a special treat I wanted the couple, who had never been to the island to remember the Hawaiian customs and spirit of Hawaii. She provided concrete planters (that, btw, she makes herself!) which she had suggested black based on the white table clothes so that the color of the flowers would pop. She also did a beautiful flower ring for us, my bouquet, some boutonnieres, and all of the table flowers. Everything was communicated via phone calls and emails (Ali would stay late [so sorry!] to accommodate the time zone difference and our busy work schedules): timelines, start and due dates, vendor selections, reminders, etc. Looking back I think the process was made so simple with the least amount stress as possible, with her passion and dedication. Overall the process was made fun and enjoyable which we loved. No wedding details were left unaccounted for from the planning process (even things like recommendations for suit selection for my guys spread out between NY, Cleveland, Austin) to coordinating ceremony and reception times with the sunset. Of course being a typical guy I underestimated the amount of details that could go into designing flower arrangements, table linens etc. When you work with MA, you get to work with their recommended list of reputable vendors who all come together in the end as a great team. This was our first time going to Maui as well and coordinating our 65 guests was difficult as expected, but Ali was always available to answer any logistics questions we had, no matter how insignificant or naive they sounded. I joked with wifey multiple times, I had so much trust in them that I could've just presented them pictures of what we wanted, left the layout process up to them and showed up the day of to be surprised at the ceremony/reception. My parents are staying in Kaanapali and my mom's bday is coming up. Called My Flower Shop b/c it's the closest to where they are staying.
