Ive just eaten the best omelette ever in life and Im 52 and Ive driven thru 30 states and had many breakfasts out there in America. The service is outstanding. I ordered an omelette with Swiss, American cheeses and bacon (3 eggs) has browns, biscuit and a chocolate milk. Total price was $15.50! The woman working the register, taking orders and delivering from the kitchen are all very nice people. They must have an Army working the kitchen, my meal seemed to take only 10 minutes of waiting. Amazing!!! If you ever find yourself in Greenville, TN. Stop here for Breakfast, itll start off yer day right!!!

They had 3 tables for 4 and 3 tables for 2. There is also sweating at the counter. The staff were so nice and helpful. My husband had the meatball parmesan sub, on a fresh hoagie roll, with fries. I had a special, wrap with spicy chicken and fries. I asked for a side of ranch. Found out they make their ranch in house and it is delicious!! They make their bread. They had cakes and pies on display. Will be back in the area again for the SAC beach tournament and will definitely come back to Carter's Corner.

The food menu offers a selection of appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches. wraps. hoagies, quiche, pasta dishes, pizza, desserts, and a kids menu. The prices seem pretty reasonable. They also have posted specials. I stopped by Carter's Corner in Greeneville for lunch takeout very recently. I was greeted when I walked in. For takeout, I ordered the Steak Philly Cheese Hoagie with Fries ($9.95 plus tax) My food was hot & ready to go in 10 minutes, ketchup provided too. The 12" Hoagie was cut in halves and loaded heavy with lots of melted cheese, shaved grilled steak, sauteed onions & mushrooms on a soft thick sub roll. The golden fries were very hot and lightly salted. Overall, Carter's Corner was a good detour lunch stop for a very filling steak & cheese sub with fries at a reasonable price and friendly service. I would stop by here again if I was traveling through Greeneville again.

She was sweet, friendly & attentive (always kept drinks in the cups & waited sufficiently on our needs). The dining room is truly southern/adorable with all the charm & warmth! My wife ate the steak & gravy with sweet potato casserole and they were delicious, I tried the very tasty fried chicken & my son had the thin but tender & tasty ribeye. I decided to go against the rec and try it out for myself. I did a lunch special for $9.99, which came with 3 side and a roll, cornbread, or cheddar biscuit. If that didn't get your attention, well read on, my Yelp! friend. I pickle meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, fried squash, and corn fritters ('cause I'm healthy like that). Meatloaf is a hard thing to do outside of your momma or grandmama's house. Cracker Barrel can't get it right for me. Troyer's, in Limestone can sell you a 1/2 pound piece of it, but you and I both know it's mid. This meatloaf was good. It was moist and tender, and not drenched in ketchup. The mashed potatoes were decent. The corn fritters were mid. I've saved the best for last - the friend squash was awesome! It was, if I'm honest, the star of the show. For $9.99, just under $11 with tags, tax, and title...yep, I'm in on that deal. The real star was the service. If you can find better service in Greeneville, let me know where it is. The cashier/waitresses were incredibly helpful and recommended things to this newcomer to the place. Will I be back? Um, maybe tomorrow, but if not it will be soon.

I decided to try Brumley's holiday buffet on Christmas Day. I didn't take photos of the food but…read morecaptured the holiday decorations. My spouse and I along with my father ate at Brumley's for the holiday buffet. I was a bit disappointed about certain parts of the food and seating arrangements. First of all I was hoping to sit in one of the well styled dining rooms instead of being seated at a folding table with folding chairs chair in the hallway. The buffet consisted of raw trout, shrimp, seafood chowder that was too creamy for me to eat, salad table with lots of fixings, prime rib, roast beef, chicken cordon blue, sides included Mac and cheese, roasted potatoes, broccoli, and collared greens. They had rolls and butter. The dessert table had chocolate and red velvet cake slices along with frosted cookies. My chicken was very dry. I would have liked some other options such as a turkey, ham or even roasted chicken instead. The chocolate cake was very moist but also very rich. I couldn't finish it as the icing was too thick. Unless changes are made I will not attend the next holiday buffet. Not sure if it's worth $60 per person.
