The key distinctive thing about Laurel Grill seems to be that a lot of things get cooked by that fire which really adds a nice smoky touch (like the shrimp and the ahi tuna and the cabbage). My only major complaint would be the fries were just okay. After a minute or two they weren't crispy anymore. As good as everything else was, I thought they would step things up with the fries but they were just average.
