This was my first time at this Arby's location in Inglewood on Manchester Boulevard. I have placed a mobile order online before I got here. So my food was already ready to go by the time I got here. The woman inside was the most lovely. She was very hospitable. It is a very small location and they have a drive-through. I can see how this parking lot can get really hectic when things are busy. Be sure to download the app to take advantage of any deals or promotions that they might have going on. But overall, it was a fantastic experience here. Soooo....Arby's to people who know, is known for their freshness. I'm usually pretty satisfied, but my last 2 visits seem like quality has gone down a bit. I usually love the crinkle cut fries and don't have to order them with no salt. This time I received re-fried fries. That was disappointing. Sandwich was meh...Not as fresh as usual. Overall, I'll go again, and ask for fries with no salt. But, I hope things get back to status quo sooner than later. read more

I've always been satisfied with my roast beef sandwich but this location has my stomach making all sorts of noises. The customer service here is outstanding. Whenever I come here, the workers are always very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I had an issue with a large order and the manager Calixto was so nice and accommodating in resolving it. I am a huge fan of their seasonal pecan chicken salad sandwich. I'm sad they don't offer it all the time. I also like their beef and cheddar sandwich with the Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce along with their chocolate and seasonal orange creamsicle shakes. This was my second visit to this location. My first visit was awesome. I ordered the deep fried turkey club for my hubby and the cranberry deep fried turkey for me. Pure awesomeness! I also ordered some Jalepeno bites and a chocolate shake as well. It was terrific!! I wanted to continue to eat from Arby's after the holidays (seeing that they may discontinue the cranberry deep fried turkey sandwich) so i decided to look more into the menu and noticed they offered chicken tenders. I wanted to try it but went after the chicken cheddar ranch instead. The menu informs the customer that they actually use their chicken tenders to make the sandwich. I don't like ranch dressing so I told them to exclude it but the sandwich was awesome. I will definitely return to try the chicken tenders. I also decided to try their mozzarella sticks on this visit but I'm sorry to say I won't be purchasing those anymore. In my opinion they need to cook them ling enough to allow the cheese to melt. The best part about them is that they are crispy but on the other hand the cheese taste like rubber. Another thing that I can appreciate about Arby's is that in my opinion their sandwiches match the appearance to the ones featured in their commercials. It wasn't sloppy. Looked as beautiful as it tasted. I never thought the day would come that I would actually say I like Arby's. Now that we are back to work at the office (2 days of the week I get to work at home), I usually bring lunch to work especially in these times of inflation. But I saw an Arby's ad for its first ever Wagyu burger that was just too tempting to resist. The patty looked thick and juicy and so colorful. And I really couldn't resist so I searched for an Arby's close to LAX where I work and planned my lunch trip just for that. There were 2 selections of Wagyu burger. One was a basic Wagyu burger and the other was their bacon ranch Wagyu burger. I wanted to taste their burger in its pure form to see how good it really is so I opted for the regular one. I chose medium meal with a Dr. Pepper and curly fries. My first bite of the burger was certainly delicious. I loved how thick and fresh the patty was. I love they had freshly sliced onions and tomatoes. I am more a fan of mayo, catsup, and mustard for dressing although their dressing was still good. The fries were seasoned and good, but I still prefer plain fries. I'd have to say this is a winner for Arby's and it would do good for them to keep it in their menu. The meat is never like the photo, of course, but y'all charge me $7 for a burger that meat was barely in it and to add insult to that; it was not even hot! Since I put this purchase on my credit card; I just may request a refund because like many Drive thru food places, some of y'all just give the customers anything. I always liked Arby's even when they were located in Santa Monica...We foun a location on Manchester blvd and visited it regularly. This time we ordered roast beef sandwiches and decided to try the corned beef Rubin sandwich..We didn't open the sandwiches till we got home and found out that the Corned beef sandwich had only one little slice of meat in it. I came here looking for what I remember Arby's used to be. The place looks run-down. It could use a fresh coat of paint. It looks like zero maintenance has been done in the past 20 years. Employee is nice, flexible and friendly. I went drive thru - however, even as a drive-through customer I could tell he was the only employee working the front part of the store (including the drive through) I ordered and it took about 15 minutes to get my food.
