Del tacos birria ramen is Nasty. It has a tomato sauce base that is barely seasoned. It tastes like the cook pour everything into a bowl from a can then said it's ready. The chunks of beef are also barely flavorful. The noodles lack flavor, they don't even taste like a hint of the broth. Im mad at myself for buying the items. The tacos lack seasoning. The quesadilla was okay, I'd give it a 1 out of 5. The cheese made it edible. I'm just wondering who the taste testers were. Were they hungry college students? Used the app during COVID-19 pandemic. App is easy to use and has lots of features. I like that you can redeem your 2 free tacos for sign up with Del Taco by using the app instead of showing up. Taco Thursdays is real here and got 3 chicken soft tacos for $2.49. They were fairly large but the taste wasn't great. The chicken was marinated in something I personally did not like (I rather have El Pollo Loco tacos). The Del Taco tacos are a type of Uber mushed beef similar to Taco Bell with better flavor than the chicken tacos. 5 tacos but I was given 4 packs of the Mild Sauce that tastes like watered down ketchup. Terrible. They need to upgrade the sauce. Good price but the taste isn't up my alley. Going back to EPL. read more

It was late so we went to the drive thru and ordered a veggie burrito, large fries, and a veggie tostada plus we requested the Scorcher hot sauce. The food was pretty decent but the fries were not cooked properly and were not crisp and crunchy. If it weren't for the drive thru line I wouldn't requested a new batch or a refund. read more

I was passing through Inglewood, and stopped at this location. I used the drive through and ordered a double taco meal deal and two ground beef & egg breakfast tacos. I get home (near U.S.C.) only to find two egg and cheese tacos, which was not what I ordered. How does a person looking at the food order screen, and then make the order incorrectly. I ordered a chicken lovers mucho meal and the next day I woke up feeling sick to my stomach and I felt like throwing up. I also have some cramps in my stomach and i have food poisoning due to that meal. The purpose of this review is to just spread the word about gloves. Fast food places have come a LONG WAY when you see the people in the kitchen wearing gloves! It was a most refreshing sight to see this new (to me) phenomenon! I hope this location and all other Del Taco's keep this up. The 2 stars are for the gloves. The food was bad. I should have just ordered what I usually would but deviated from my plan and got a jacked up BRC with extra green sauce, a mini quesadilla, a small fry and a strawberry lemonade to wash it down. Out of all 4 of those, the only things I liked were the fries and the drink. The rest was not good at all. Maybe they have other food items that don't taste so bad but if you're into cleanliness like me, come here for the gloves. read more

My female friend eats at this Del Taco often and yesterday, Wednesday, she ate a Del combo and got sick just a few short hours later. She's currently constantly vomiting and has consistent Diarrhea. She said she called Del Taco to report the issue and spoke to an on shift Manager, whom took her number and said that the other Manager will call her back tomorrow. Beware guys! Don't eat here, until they are inspected by the city / state. read more

Late Night desperation. Looked tempting at 230 am after a long night of work. Haven't had Del Taco in years. Carne Asada Wet burrito plate. Meat was dry. Hard chewy. Beans bland. No salt. Rice was ok. Chips seemed fresh. Salsa was basically water. No taste. Overall for this plate was a bust. Wow! Fast food with good service, now that doesn't happen often. Drive thru person spoke well and even asked if I wanted to add a drink. (I only bought because she suggested it, and the strawberry lemonade was so good!) She didn't rush me like most places and quickly added a side of queso with no problem. As soon as I rolled up to the window my drink was already halfway out the window, fast!!! She took my card and within a few seconds I had my food. Food was hot and yummy! They are very generous with their ingredients ( lots of cheese and lettuce YAY) Best part was the new queso, unbelievably good! Honestly they put Chipotle's new cheese to shame. Nice and spicy, slightly creamy perfect addition to anything on the menu. Traffic is a bit crazy in the area due to construction on Century, but plenty of parking is available. They are open 24 hours so I'm excited to come back for some late night munchies. read more

I would have given it three stars. Its just been in the last 5 months that I discovered DelTaco due to it having turkey meat tacos (a healthier version). This location was once a winner. In the last 4-6 months I have seen the customer service and the attention to detail fall by the wayside. They have screwed up my order 3 times. All I ask for is no tomatoes on my taco (because I am allergic)...guess what? I get tomatoes! Also, when you call, NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. Its kind of annoying. I will say my food always "tastes" fresh and my fries are always hot! Thats about it! They do not pay attention and they take a long time. (inefficient) read more

The turkey taco taste so good. It taste like it was cooked at your own of home. You have a choice of having soft taco shell or hard taco shell. And they're only about a dollar each I chosed soft taco with hot sauce on the side, extremely hot. They're pretty small so you need to get more than one. The service is pretty good and quick. Pretty good service, food was good, and the place is extra clean. I like the fact that they're not stingy with the sauce. You might want to avoid going on a Saturday about 2p.m. there's a Chase bank next to it and traffic gets crazy with those procrastinators. Excellent location for a Del Taco with a plethora of stores along Century Boulevard. So far better food and more choices than Taco Bell. Consistently clean inside. Service can be a bit slow at times especially during peak times. Bathrooms could improve. Overall a good place to go if you are looking for a quick bite to eat to hold your hunger. read more

Visited Del Taco as it was the only place near where I was staying that sounded ok. I hate eating at chains that we already have at home, ya know? (And yes I went to In-n-Out across the street twice) Being from out of town I assumed this place would be similar to Taco Bell and for the most part it was. I ended up having to go inside which I hate doing at fast food places but it wasn't so bad. I ordered 2 beef tacos which came with fries and I added on a fish taco solely based on the reviews on here. The beef tacos were comparable to Taco Bizzy, nothing spectacular but the tacos are slightly bigger, ingredients were fresh, and you get a little (French fries with tacos!). The fish taco was as good as Yelpers have said. Del Taco isn't something too special but it's always nice to try something new. Would love to try their breakfast before I go! read more

I ordered a loaded queso burrito combo & the meat in the burrito tasted chewy. I then went back to change my order to a cali bacon burrito but the employee told me we would have to pay a price difference which didn't make sense because I ordered a combo on my last burrito & I just wanted the burrito by itself, so I just decided to order large fries instead. The lady kindly gave the fries but you can tell she was annoyed. When she handed me my large fries, she immediately left the window without giving us our remaining change. They used to serve excellent fresh salsa, but now it tastes like processed canned salsa as well. Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place anymore. The positive reviews reflect how the restaurant used to be, not how it is now. For me, this was a zero‑star visit.

For food, we went all in. My wife ordered the fish taco meal, which was generous and packed with flavor. The portions were no joke. Our son got the kids burrito, and it was massive--definitely not your average "kids meal." I went with the quesabirria tacos from the appetizer menu, and they were perfect for my appetite. Rich, flavorful, and satisfying without being too heavy. The ambiance really stood out. It strikes a great balance between authentic Mexican culture and a modern, clean dining experience.
