The bread was soft and held everything together, and there was plenty of melted cheese mixed throughout the steak, and exactly how a loaded cheesesteak should be. This is one of those sandwiches where you keep taking bites because every bite is just as good as the last. If the half was this filling, I can only imagine how big the full size is.
