Little Cheeseburger
Timothy S.

If you're charging me $10 for a burger and a soda (no fries)... the LEAST you can do is melt the cheese. We came in around 12:45 to find the restaurant completely empty. There was literally no one else there. The chef had one order to make/assemble and didn't have the decency to melt the damn cheese. If you don't like your job- quit. Don't ruin my burger experience with your lack of attention and effort. I'll continue my In & Out enjoyment any day over this worthless competition.

Hamburger

Rushed food, and didn't come out hot or presentable to my standard for a 10 burger. I will not be going back nor will I tell any of my friends or followers to go to any restaurant who doesn't take pride in making your food.

I came in for a late night snack! And being open late is one killer plus. Meat is always good.

All the peanuts and super friendly service!

Sorry, but you west coast peeps don't understand Five Guys! Maybe it's an East Coast thing. Anyhow-the guys here are always super nice and my order is always correct. Our food is always fresh and cooked just right. Most importantly-they manage my Celiac! Fresh gloves, one person makes it, no shared grill, etc. Also, the fries-omg, so good!! They get their potatoes fresh every day and make them from scratch. Also bag fries. Alllll the bag fries. Btw-you can custom order here. You just gotta know the ins and outs. Also, I've never been to a Five Guys with a drive through. In N Out has it's place-it's cheap and easily accessible. Five guys is a thicker burger with juicer meat!

Why is this place double the price of In and Out? Sure they make a good burger. But it's not as healthy. The wait is shorter and you can build your own burger. But the staff was friendly. It was relatively clean. Just stopped in to get a quick bite one day.

Great fries.

This Five Guys is located in the Culver City, Westfield Mall. Just turn into the mall and park near Macy's. It is located on the outside of the mall on the North side. We love this Five Guys and always go to this one. The manager is great and the place is always spotless. Service is very good and it does not take long to get your meal. They have a nice selection of burgers, fries, shakes, etc. There is something there for everyone. A vegan would not be happy, but a vegetarian can find something. We just love their service. They are great at making your order the way you want it and they get it right the first time. All of the food is fresh and prepared for you. It is not usually too crowded, so you will be able to find a table and get your food in short order. You can, of course, get it to go and I assume a place like Grub Hub delivers. When you walk in you will see rows and rows of shelled peanuts for you to have at no charge. The place is cute in red and white tile. You get in line to order your food and your receipt will have a number on it for you to pick it up. It is all made right in front of you. It is really a step above fast food. It is super tasty and you will be happy. It is kid friendly, my grandson loves this place. Have fun.

Located in the Westfield mall, this Five Guys is situated in an ideal location for both shoppers and people just stopping for food. The restaurant is right next to a parking lot so you don't have to go in the mall to find it. Five Guys is known for their peanuts. As you walk in, you pass by a row of dozens of 20-lb bags of peanuts (still in the shell) plus multiple baskets of peanuts which you can freely grab and snack on. They are complimentary. If you have a peanut allergy, beware: there's probably peanut dust all over this place. I'm not much of a burger person so I decided to order the BLT instead. The BLT was just ok. It came on a hamburger bun rather than sliced (ideally sourdough) bread, which was a major step down from what I was expecting. The lettuce and tomato were of typical fast-food quality. I think I would've been better off with a traditional burger here. We also ordered a large bag of fries for 3 people. It was SO MANY FRIES. Just a heads up. An order of large fries will probably feed a small army (more literally 6-8 people). So plan ahead before you order it.

Food was good but $20 for small burger, fries and drink is WAY, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I won't be back, too many other options.

The only thing I'd say is the meat could use a little more seasoning or salt, but even with that, I still enjoyed them. I also tried the enchilada, which was decent, nothing mind-blowing but still solid. What really stood out to me was the burrito (I can't remember if it was beef or chicken), but it was SO good definitely something I'll be ordering again next time. The setup there is super organized, which I appreciated. It's very clear where to order and pick up, and they even have security helping guide the flow of the line, which makes everything run smoothly. There's a nice amount of indoor and outdoor seating, so it doesn't feel too crowded. Service was fast, and I didn't have to wait long at all for my food. Overall, it was a great experience, and I can see why people love this spot. I'll definitely be back soon.

You can't fake this. The store has 24 workers. Today they had 22. They were literally cooking with gas. If you are traveling through Culver's city go visit this in and out. I don't need to dive too deep into the burgers and fries. It's in and out. The burger is simple classic if we were to nitpick I'd say the tomato on these burgers was not a super prime tomato.. fries were perfect. You have to know this food doesn't travel. Better to take it to go. It was hard to park in the lot because of the long car line. I had to park across the block and walk over to the place to order inside. If it weren't for the small space and difficulty accessing parking, I would've given this 4-5 stars.

I opted to get the California burrito with the rotisserie chicken as the protein choice. The young lady taking the order was helpful in describing the rotisserie and chipotle chicken offered. Burrito and fountain drink came out to about $20. I chose to sit at a little bar top table across the side walk, the little place stayed busy. They do have a sign that says no public restrooms, somehow people still miss it. And there's one doorway between the patio seating and interior which seems to attract people oblivious to the fact the server is coming in and out with orders. Usually after getting in the way 3-4 times they have an epiphany. When the burrito came out on a plate with some chips I was honestly underwhelmed by the size/form factor. Good weight, but not the typical tight rolled cigar. All doubts were put to rest at first bite. The chicken is so juicy and flavorful, the guacamole is even throughout and the chicken is plentiful. Absolutely no bad bites. Definitely coming back here again, easy stop when coming to LAX and worth the time for the detour.

I even used their catering for a party of 50 people for my 7‑year‑old, and everything back then was excellent. My recent visit to the Manchester location was a completely different experience. I ordered the Chicken and Steak Fajita and waited 39 minutes for my food. During that time, none of the tables were cleaned, trash was left out, and the entire dining area had an unpleasant smell that made it impossible to eat inside. I ended up taking my food to my car. The food quality has declined dramatically. The fajita was almost entirely onions and green peppers, with barely any chicken and only three tiny pieces of steak that were extremely tough, as if they were old and reheated. The Mexican rice was undercooked, the beans tasted like they came straight from a can, and even the nachos had that same canned flavor. They used to serve excellent fresh salsa, but now it tastes like processed canned salsa as well. Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place anymore. The positive reviews reflect how the restaurant used to be, not how it is now. For me, this was a zero‑star visit.

The service was what one would expect from fast casual and though the ambiance gave "fun, retro diner," the emptiness made it kind of depressing. I took my order to go. This place is wildly overpriced for what I ended up receiving. $30+ for a less than stellar grilled cheese (they need better bread AND cheese), unseasoned fries, and even the ranch was lackluster. Guadalupe was a bit of a mess as soon as unrolled from the foil, although perhaps the most tasty one (cheddar, eggs, chorizo). Pecos (brisket and eggs) held together in taco form better and was close in taste, while Trinity (eggs, bacon, potato, cheddar) was maybe the most disappointing to me. Perhaps if I had eaten them in reverse order, maybe Trinity would have been hotter in temperature and more appealing? Not sure to be honest.
