The burger consists of a grass fed beef patty, tasty bacon, tomato, lettuce, pickles, a spread of thousand island dressing, all contained within a slightly grilled brioche bun. Instead of fixing the mistake or even showing basic concern, this employee basically said she didn't care if she got the wrong order because it "wasn't her problem." Seriously? That's how you treat customers? At this point, this doesn't seem like a one-time bad attitude. It looks like a pattern of disrespect toward both customers and employees. Management needs to seriously address this because nobody should have to come to work or spend their money somewhere and be treated like this.
