Our bag was sealed, but not all of the items we ordered were inside, forcing us to drive back to the restaurant. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of accountability when we called. There was no apology or ownership of the mistake, and the communication was poor. If you're sealing pickup bags, there should be a process in place to ensure every item is packed before the order leaves the restaurant. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled makes a big difference. The food was excellent, but the lack of accountability and professionalism during this situation really took away from an otherwise great experience.

The refrigerated display has prepared salads, cold-cut logs, and overpriced soda cans. Hanging shelves above the counter are stocked with seasonal decorations. What really gets me is how much effort seems to go into marketing and promoting this place. If even 10% of that energy went into improving the food, value, and customer service, I think the experience would be very different.
