I feel like I definitely feel the difference training eating really balanced and protein heavy meals I've also been able to lose a few pounds in these 3 weeks. I am on my third set of meals, and I really love it so far. I think it is a great value for the convenience and quality and I like their selection and diversity. Their packaging is also really great, and everything is very intentional and organized. Every couple of weeks they change up the menu I appreciate being able to do swaps as well because I can't eat broccoli/cauliflower anymore Everything was really easy on the sign up and I was contacted to arrange delivery right away. Communication is consistent and great, any issues I can directly communicate with someone and it will be handled right away. I am very happy with the service, and I love supporting as local as possible! I would definitely recommend to try if you are interested in a meal prep service and are local in their service area. I think if I could offer any feedback it would be great if there were some vegetarian options or swaps available someday? My partner is vegetarian and this could have been a double client household :) but yeah understandably different target populations for different meal prep services - but just thought I would share.

Excellent customer service - friendly, great communication, quick responses. Delivery always arrives during the designated time, is contactless, and very well packaged. The food: The meals are freshly prepared, not frozen, and ready to be reheated. Many meal delivery services are so high in sodium. Not the case with Lean Mean Meal Prep. With every delivery, a nutritional breakdown is included. Most importantly, the meals are tasty, lots of variety! 100/10 recommend!

The food is always fresh, healthy and literally gourmet to me. About a billion times better than the garbage I was getting, it's seriously night and day. Since I now bring food 4 fuel with me to work a lot of my coworkers have also signed up because the quality of the food is amazing! I also love the fact that I can choose the meals weekly from the website so I'm not always eating the same thing. One of the best things is also the customer service. They deliver it right to my work so I can keep the meals in the fridge there if I so choose. Cost- I don't see how the cost could be beat. My grocery bills AND my workload went down. Freezable- I bought for the week and froze/microwaved some of the meals. Unfortunately someone packed the wrong food into the bag with my name - annoying but resolved with a few phone calls and texts back and forth. We were told to put the incorrect food outside for pickup and they delivered our "correct" order. Chris Navarro, I sure hope you got fresh food since strangers unpacked your food and touched it before they realized it wasn't theirs. Now the reason for this negative review? They were out of brown rice so said they would send along a sub and refund the brown rice. Tell me why I haven't gotten this refund and have to chase it with no reply when the refund wasn't even something I asked for. I would have rather gotten my correct food without having to waste my time fixing their mistake.
