We got the Thai iced tea, one chicken egg roll, one pork roll, two stuffed chicken wings (one for each of us), a pork pad Thai that ended up coming out with chicken instead (happy accident), and the chicken Thai pad see ew. I have had far too many egg rolls to admit to a number but the egg rolls here are TRULY THE BEST EGGROLLS IVE EVER HAD. The pork was my favorite of the two we tried but the chicken was just as good. They're perfectly proportional of filling to crispy and flaky exterior. They also come with sweet & sour sauce or spicy and they are AMAZING to mix together. I wish I had a photo to show but we devoured these. The stuffed chicken was DELICIOUS as well. Really not sure how they do these but clearly they are known for these and they are truly the bomb! The pad Thai was accidentally made with chicken but it was still delicious! The plate is much bigger than we thought so my partner only got through maybe half of this before getting a take away box. It was tangier than we expected with no spice but after adding the spicy sauce from the eggrolls it was perfect for his taste. Finally the Thai pad see ew was a welcome dish. The noodles were thicker than I'm used to but again no harm there. It also was a huge dish so maybe half way through got a box. This place is so good. I absolutely recommend stopping for some delicious eats. We saw some pho bowls and they are huge but look amazing. I can't imagine not finding something to like about this place.

My favorite dishes are 1) papaya salad (the dirty heavy crab paste version), 2) the catfish curry, and 3) the egg rolls. All of her food is fantastic. Her papaya is to die for. Seriously. It's sweet, sour, salty, and crunchy. I'm an avid papaya salad eater and Zer's is top notch. I have even sipped on the leftover liquid once all the papaya is eaten because it is that good! The catfish curry is the perfect blend of sweet and savory. I especially enjoy the fresh pineapple slices that she adds to that dish. Chicken is tasty, high quality meat, no doubt. If you like it spicy, every level moves up by one: mild is nothing, medium is mild, hot is medium. I got medium today, for my whiteness! but believe me, you can do hot. The slaw makes everything better, so highly suggest the sandwich or bowl over the tenders. Sauce is pretty minimal; two cups for the tenders (instead of one) and one for the sandwich (vs. zero...) might be a good call. My main issue was our service today: we showed up for a lunch event (7/18) and got a sandwich, tenders, and cheese curds. Now I know a little about food trucks, so explain why FOUR other customers got their food before ours? Seemed like a pretty straightforward order, so I would expect it to come out more or less in sequence. Since it didn't, something pretty clearly got messed up along the way. Now, did we wait forever? No - but some recognition of the wait would be nice; looked like the owner running things today, so some awareness and customer service would go a long way. Personally, I prefer Dave's Hot Chicken for flavors, but we will be back to try again!
