The brunch district is SO cute! I love the entire vibe & decor of the restaurant. Food was delish. We came in around 1:30 and got seated immediately. Great service, and got our food QUICK!! This was our first time here and I got the Bagel n lox & my husband got the old fashioned. We both very much enjoyed our meals. Also the "mini" pancakes are actually just regular sized which was a great surprise!

It's a good place to eat! It's not a huge place though, considering it's Texas haha, I found the food okay, I ordered the eggs Benedict and it's was good. They also have outdoor seating! The service is good, I think there is always a wait time, but it's a good place for groups!

You must try this place! Food was excellent. Pricing pretty reasonable. I got the shrimp and grits, delicious. Other people in my party got pancakes, French toast and steak and eggs. All of the food was delicious. Will go back.

The food was okay. Good regular food. Nothing special. The service was good and fast even on a busy Saturday! The ambiance is really cute. I would return. The grilled chicken was really good as well as they loaded grits.

Ok yall. I have done a review on TBD when they first came out over a year ago. My husband and I have come back multiple times, but this past weekend we dined in and had the most amazing cup of coffee!! They switched to Cafe Richard's and updated the mugs. We keep coming back for the food and amazing service. I want you all you to go and enjoy the same! It's a straight vibe, fun, bright, and full of smiles as soon as you walk in! Ask for Andrea after your meal and tell her how awesome your visit was. 100/10!

Since our first experience was excellent, came back today for an encore. This time I got the Chicken Fried Steak, my wife got the same omelette, and my daughter got the pancakes. Main food was good once again, but the pancake sides were cold and the top hard. The service was not very good. Our waiter disappeared after the second half of our meal, didn't even say anything to tell us he was leaving.. Management needs to continually train their wait staff on excellent service if they want to maintain their clientele.

First time trying this place and was pleasantly surprised! Super cute decor, is a rather large place including the covered outdoor seating. The service was great. We ordered multiple entrees, including a French toast sammy, which was a breakfast sandwich with French toast for bread. It also came with a couple pancakes. The other entree was the chicken fried chicken with potatoes and a couple pancakes. The last plate was an order of pancakes and we added eggs and sausage to it. Overall, these dishes are huge portion wise and reasonably priced, especially for the amount of food you get. Two adults split the chicken fried chicken and left full. There are plenty of breakfast and lunch options to choose from. This is a super cute place to visit, have a drink (alcoholic or otherwise), and a bite to eat without breaking the bank.

Visited for brunch with my kids on 1/10/26 - kid friendly menu. Cute decor & atmosphere, good service, yummy food. Typical kids menu I ordered Cajun shrimp Benny & it did not disappoint - sauce was yummy, added some salt to it - breaded/fried grits was unique, well put together dish. Potatoes were seasoned pretty on point, enjoyed them Would come back & try other menu items

If you're looking for a cute and dainty brunch spot with very reasonable prices, The Brunch District delivers. The ambiance gives full-on brunch flare & perfect for a casual weekend bite. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken Breakfast ($16) with eggs, breakfast potatoes (I skipped the grits), and an English muffin. The eggs were cooked just right, and the chicken was juicy, flavorful, and honestly the price stole the show. My friend went with the Barn Yard Skillet ($15) chicken apple sausage, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, spinach, Jack and cheddar cheese, plus bread. She added the "mini" pancakes...which were more like mid-size pancakes . I can only imagine how big the regular ones are. Overall: Good food, great value, and a solid brunch vibe.  Flavorchaser Approved

Since it's a fairly new restaurant near Lake Forest Dr & heard positive reviews we thought of trying it out.. Parking was ample given that the whole area is being built more business will open shortly... Upon entering we were quickly seated went through the menu & gave our orders- The Old Fashioned - sunny side up with chicken apple sausage & cubed potatoes. Chorizo Benedict - Chorizo, avocado, jalapeno, sweet pepper, green onion, ancho hollandaise sauce, English muffin with cubed potatoes. Both the dishes were good. Loved the Chorizo just the right amount of spicy kick with the jalapeño. Restaurant was nicely maintained, service was fast & nice decor. Would love to come back to try their other dishes.

We loved the place Airy, roomy and well lit dining space. Friendly wait staff who were on the ball in terms of service ! Finally the food - the breakfast items were made perfectly and from very good ingredients! We will be back soon !

I met up with a friend for Brunch and of course MIMOSAS!!! I have had The Brunch District booked marked for quite some time now however when they first opened they didn't take reservations i am so glad that they do now. We wanted to eat outside because it was such a nice day however it was closed. The restaurant gave me a quaint Diner type of feel. To start we ordered a couple of the Expresso Martini's YUM! I decided for my entree The Old Fashioned with bacon, scrambled eggs, and potatoes with a side of pancakes and grits to share. My friend ordered the scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast and andouille sausage. The entire meal was delightful, full of flavor much like home cooking instead of restaurant style. I wanted to dine on the patio which is my only gripe.

Tried this location the other day. All I can say was WOW. Service was amazing! Food was great! Portions were HUGE! The food came out quick and tasted great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We made a reservation and were seated right away. Just a wonderful experience.

First off the menu options are varied making it hard to choose just one entree. Did we want pancakes or French toast or biscuits....so hard. We were seated at the back of the restaurant, kitchen side and it was so fascinating to see meals as they were prepped to go out to patrons. Everything looked fresh, delicious, and made to order and the portions were definitely shareable. We started off with brunch cocktails and even received a comp croissant beignet appetizer which was absolutely amazing. They were flacky on the outside and butter soft inside with amazing Nutella dipping sauce. We decided to go with a green goddess salad with all the yummy veggies, French toast, and pancakes for the table. This is a great place to dine alone and with family, friends, or a brunch date. Its very farmhouse chic and cant what to go back and try more of the menu. They will always get a recommendation from me. The place was so crowded that it was ridiculous. Don't think the fire marshal would have been pleased with the crowd and the crowd management. The place was hot. HVAC was not good. The place had really bad noise management. You couldn't even hear the person across the table. Very frustrating. Maybe they need better ceiling tiles to manage noise.

I love the dimmed lights and homey yet upscale feeling this place gives. We had a really amazing server who offered up some great recommendations as first time customers. She had only been there two weeks, but told us she went through a two week training prior so they know their stuff!! Don't be afraid to ask questions. How I would rate our meal: Drinks: I got the amethyst dream and he got the smoke haus. Presentation of both was really nice, enjoyed both drinks but would probably try something different on our next visit. Appetizer: we got the Caesar salad to share. Loved the croutons and the dressing. It seemed a bit small but possibly for one person it would be enough! Entree: I got the crispy chicken breast, the piece of chicken is huge!! All the flavors of the dish come together so well, it's truly one of my most favorite things I've eaten recently! We also tried a side of mashed potatoes which were good and my fiancé got the red fish which he enjoyed. It is pretty light though, so maybe wouldn't recommend if you're REALLY hungry. Dessert: we got the milk and cookies. I wasn't honestly too impressed. I think I expected them to be warmed and gooey and they were not. However reheating the chocolate chip at home was good! For it being a farm to table restaurant, I found the prices to be very reasonable! I already know what I plan to order on our next visit. Also looking forward to bringing some friends/family to the third floor for drinks and live music!

While waiting for our table we wondered up to the 3rd floor. They had live music. The place was jumping up there. We are going to have to look up who is going to be playing and have another married date night. The only downside to the evening was unfortunately the host at the front door. He was rude and severely lacking in communication skills. If anything else had me "meh" I would have taken stars away but everything else made up for his shortcomings.
