Such a nice little restaurant. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. It's much bigger on…read morethe inside than it looks like on the outside, so don't let a full parking lot scare you. I had the eggs Benedict with home fries. The eggs Benedict was really good. Eggs were perfect and the sauce was nicely flavored. The home fries were not the best. They needed to be seasoned better and were under cooked. I'll give them a pass on those. Server was on top of everything and very friendly. I am eager to try them for lunch and dinner.

Their menu has what you'd expect from a classic diner, prices are cheap, and service is quick! We got the Country Style Eggs and Patty Melt. Both lacked basic seasonings like salt & pepper. If I was rating off the food alone, I'd give it a 3/5. The home fries in the Country Style Eggs could've been crispier and adding hot sauce definitely saved this a bit. The biscuit we got with it was homemade and so delicious. It was warm, buttery, and satisfying. The Patty Melt was a bit dry and desperately needed a sauce. I used ketchup and asked for pickles which helped. The rye bread was surprisingly not dry and grilled nicely with butter. It was definitely a heavy meal but we needed it after a long drive. It's not the kind of place where you'll have an amazing meal but it'll do the job at a super affordable price.

From high end steaks to everyday burgers and then my favorite..... breakfast served all day. It is very spacious, so it was easy to get a seat even on a busy Saturday morning. Complete with a cozy fireplace, it is clean, well appointed and has an inviting atmosphere. The sound levels can be a bit much, and since it's a family place, you will occasionally be dealing with a screeching/screaming child. But overall, a very nice dining experience. Coffee and water came quickly with a complimentary bread and muffin basket. I ordered a special style eggs benedict with a croissant and melted Swiss cheese under an herbal hollandaise sauce, (instead of an english muffin) and my husband ordered a wonderful homemade turkey barley soup and the hot turkey sandwich entree. The food was very very good. It is worth every minute of the forty minute drive from our house!

The menu means towards middle-American classics: turkey sandwiches, meatloaf, pork chops, etc. The twist? There's a maple-syrup theme snuck in wherever it can go. The glaze on the baby carrots, on the pork chops, on the chicken breast? Yes! Maple! The service is skilled and efficient, the people-watching unparalleled, and the portions are enormous for the listed price. Figure two meals for the listed price, and it seems a better deal! Limited wine and beer list; gift shop on premises for maple syrup and jams as souvenirs.
