I don't understand how this place isn't absolutely packed all the time, they literally hit every point. Most importantly, the food is excellent - the tots and eggs salsa dish was filling and delicious, and their caprese wrap was so light and refreshing. Then shockingly the prices were absolutely reasonable? Like the same general price range as a bagel shop, despite their location being right off the beach. We were down the shore for the day so ended up he a ing breakfast and lunch here. Breakfast was great- bacon, egg and cheese sandwich plus some scrambled eggs with tots for my son. Lunch on the other hand, was absolutely horrible. They got my order wrong so my husband ended up with the simple burger which was literally a patty on a roll. The hot dog we ordered for my son was the most absurd thing, see photo. I literally have never seen anything like that passed off as a hotdog. And they were out of fries and had to give chips, which they forgot. We'll find somewhere else to eat next time. read more

New burger joint very close to the beach. Nice selection of breakfast and lunch offerings. For a new place on a holiday weekend they were doing an awesome job. Patty the owners wife came by while I was shooting, nice lady. I had a plain buger and a fountain drink. 5 stars for a perfect place! My boyfriend and I went to The Breeze for lunch- late last summer. We were warmly greeted and pleasantly surprised to see how the new owners had transformed this restaurant space. Fresh paint on the walls, bright colors, and the general setup of tables & chairs made the space look inviting and spacious. I had the housemade veggie burger, he had the breeze burger and we shared a basket of sweet potato fries. Everything was fresh & delicious and our food came out quickly. This is a perfect place for a bite to eat whether you're spending the day at the beach and/or want great food-at great prices-in Manasquan. We can't wait to visit The Breeze again once it reopens in 2020. read more

We visited Breeze while on the island. Beautiful ambiance with a nautical theme. Food excellent and without flaws. Some staff friendly but our experience with Frederick was less than pleasant. His manner turned after a beverage request was denied of an exchange prior to it arriving at the table. No discussion pursued but his manner became cold, unfriendly and almost curt. His dislike for us was demonstrated with brief answers without any eye contact... unlike his behavior noticed toward other customers. I would recommend Breeze, however request a table that Frederick is NOT serving. read more

The Breeze is a new breakfast/lunch spot located super close to the Manasquan beach. I came here for breakfast this morning and was blown away! the atmosphere is beachy and clean(there truly was a nice, salty beach breeze). And the food was great! I ordered their breeze wrap with eggs, guac, hashbrowns, sausage, and salsa and it was INSANELY good. I will definitely be returning here later in the summer and enjoying more great food in a great location! read more

Love this place. The new owner is really trying hard. It's obvious. Amd the food is great So why three stars? I could have done one star but wanted to make a point. Walk in at 11:28 and ask for a salad. Nice young lady said, sorry , I don't think we they will do that, we are still on breakfast. The sign says lunch served from 11:30. An original Manasquan bungalow transformed into a lovely, charming & relaxing cafe. My French toast was hot & delicious. The fresh berries on the side were a good size portion. The prices were very reasonable. Plenty of staff making sure the small things are attended to - the tables are wiped clean, the trash is emptied & the coffee bar & condiments are stocked & organized. I will be back for lunch on Labor Day weekend. Only wish I'd known it was a new owner earlier in the season! read more
