Eggs cooked correctly, bacon was too, Belgian waffle was very good- fluffy and sweet. Pancake was basic. Overall, the whole experience was basic honestly. I used to work in restaurants (the busiest of restaurants) and know that you should staff more, prep more, and place larger food orders in anticipation of being fully booked friday night till sunday night. I ordered gumbo. My niece got biscuits and gravy. The gumbo was pretty good except would have liked the roux a little thicker. The gravy on the biscuits was lacking in flavor.
