They've closed the basement level and are sorting through the large inventory, curating what's on the shelves, and selling most of the used books for only $1-2 apiece. There's no longer a cat there, which is a little sad, but it does feel like a healthier environment and no longer a deterrent for folks with a cat allergy. I'm excited to see what's ahead for this friendly local business.

The store is clean and has an organized feel you don't often find in book stores. As their name suggests, they also have an impressive selection of handmade goods that would make a perfect gift for anyone in your social circles. I had a lot of fun chatting with the owner as well. While some of the items are a few dollars more than what you would pay on amazon, the experience and the atmosphere are more than worth the spend.
