I'm so glad this place still exists. It is somehow still holding back Amazon's addiction to monopoly power and quest of destroying every small business that it can. I try to buy local and physically pick up everything I can to avoid Amazon and the like. Anyway, this store has all your gaming needs from the earliest days of video games to today. If it's not there, their experience and empathy will guide you to where you can get it. They are legit veteran gamers too. Bought a used Wii and a few games for my wife for Valentines Day. Played Mario Kart for a couple of months and it worked great until we bought a newer game for which the Wii would need a system update to play. At that point we found out that the Wii had been hacked and modded by the previous owner. I called the exchange and asked if it was possible to exchange the defective unit for a new one and was told that since it was past 30 days they couldn't do anything. Buyer beware that these systems are NOT TESTED PROPERLY. I did some research and found out just how easy it is to test for this on a Wii and knew within seconds that the system was hacked. I informed the sales person of this who was happy to be informed there was a test for such things. As a result, I'm am now stuck with a locked Wii that is useless (it gets locked by Nintendo when trying to update a hacked system) and will make sure no one I know ever buys from The Exchange again, since the only thing I exchanged was my money for frustration and poor customer service. read more

I like the fat, smug, carrot top looking hipster that thinks he is better than people because he works at a USED record store. I felt like he was trying to talk down to me about some left over trade items I brought in from a storage auction I won. Then he had a smirk on his face when I accepted a low cash offer, as if I was hurting for the few bucks offered. I buy, sell, and flip anything I can rather successfully. I enjoy using this outlet on occasion when I aquire items like this from estate sales, auctions, yard sales, ect. Next time I'll just throw the stuff away. The poor demeanor, and smug attitude received was unnecessary especially after the extreme wait time. If he doesn't like his job he should move on, and let someone else do it. read more

A pretty great store. they have just about everything movies, games, comics, action figures EVERYTHING! the biggest problem is that there are these boxes for some GB, GBA and DS games and its not very organised which would not normally be much of an inconvenience but the rest of the store is really organised but when you are looking through the boxes for some cheap stuff its hard to find things. but other then that the staff are very kind. read more

So far we've gotten The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy, Last of the Mohicans, Braveheart, Book of Eli, Man on Fire, Love Actually and About Time. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. This place is honestly amazing. I went into the store for the first time recently with a friend to exchange a PS2 and some games, and was blown away by the selection and organization of the place. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They are the largest I've been too and I've have visited 3 total in various places. Great friendly service and they always have new things to view. Parking can be bad during busy hours and weekends because they are located in a plaza with a Panini's and other busy/popular stores. read more
