Left: Coffee boba drink, right: Ube shake with boba

I found this place by happenstance, just cruising around the shopping center after hitting up Saver's. I wanted a boba drink, and the Boba Room didn't disappoint! First of all, I was surprised when I entered - there was a Pokemon card trading event taking place, so the space was packed. It was cool to see so many local vendors inside. The space was bigger than I expected, too, with some of the vendors inside and around the corner past the counter. The drinks they offer are delicious. My hubby, who usually likes coconut smoothies, opted for an ube drink instead since they didn't have coconut. I ordered a coffee drink with boba inside. Both drinks were extremely delicious and of quality. The boba itself was nice and warm and soft. My son had fun playing the little games they have inside. For a few bucks, you can get a token and turn the dial for a prize. They also have those cool artisan gift lockers featuring local arts, jewelry, etc. from local vendors. Love it! I will definitely come back to try some more of their quality boba creations.

How do you boba... Love this Waipahu Shopping Plaza location as they have lots of free parking so it's easy to grab the group to this new biz that offers more than just sips. Walking in the vibrant shop I love the fun and comfy seating where each table has a fun game so you know it's a great hangout spot to play with old school games or video games as well. As I'm not much of a gamer I do love the lockers they have filled with various craft items is a great way to support small and local. They even made the back room a place to play video game as well where I can see all the kid at heart as well having fun but what I came for was some tea it's not just that what's available but coffee, ice cream and some few baked treats as well. I ordered my classically favorite "Mix Fruit Green Tea" with Boba of course though they do have 15 different toppings it was the "Exclusive Jelly Toppers" that got my attention as I asked about it after I ordered my drink and realized that it's something new they have that is made with dairy but as each shape is from a mold it's very labor intense item and they offered me a small sample which was very generous and kind. It was a little sakura flower that was just adorable and was told the larger ones they have is a labubu...awwww! The jelly topper is solid though it never really had much time to settle in my drink as I ate it up and love this much more than boba though I later realize that they forgot to add boba to my drink. Which jelly would you add to your drink...or game to play along is a fun new place in Waipahu with yummy and fun drinks. Thank you!

The former Cheese Tea in Waipahu is now The Boba Room! Hubby and I were only aware of this new shop from the prominent "grand opening" banner facing Farrington Highway. Warning: The Boba Room is extremely short-staffed during grand opening! From the start, we could tell the worker was tired and swamped from all the drink orders. We waited for our drink for over 40 minutes! The workers were kind to compensate the wait by adding a "Laboba" topping to our passion fruit green tea with boba! The topping was a milk-based jelly topped in the shape of a Labubu. The real highlight is the variety of board games and arcade games! Drinks and prices are pretty standard, 50% sweet passion fruit green tea is still sweet, and the boba was a little soft, but I can see a lot of young people choose The Boba Room as a fun, safe hangout spot.

Came across a bogo coupon in the mail and Ofcourse I had to make my way down to this spot. I saw the menu, LABUBU JELLY?! whaaat?! Got the strawberry smoothie, so fresh and so good. Perfectly sweet. Honeydew smoothie with boba. Also very good. We topped our drinks with the labubu jelly and wow I was not excepting a creamy jello. So addicting like, now I'm pretty sure I'm gona order it with my drink every single time I come here. And I say that because I'm definitely coming back. First impression, you walk in, it looks fun, cozy and very inviting. The service is awesome!!! Waiting for your drink... WHAT WAIT?! There's so much games to play with and games you can tinker with, or look at the mini shop lockers, window shop while you wait. I didn't realize how long it took for my drinks because I was distracted with so much things in there. But if I can to say it was pretty quick. It's a family friendly awesome place to grab a drink and some dessert. They got icecream and some pastries. I asked my son what was his overall rating and he agreed with my experience 5 Starssss all the way.

New Boba shop in Waipahu set to open soon. Was excited to try it out and looked up online that they did online order. Placed my order of an ube milk tea and strawberry milk shake both with brown sugar boba. Ambiance is nice, lots of tables and games. Ube milk tea was not bad, I've had better at other boba shops. Strawberry milk shake not bad, pretty good. I see a lot of potential with this boba shop. And hope they stick around. I will be trying out their other drinks in the future. Service was also really good. Bathroom is clean.

Cutesy little boba shop in the heart of Waipahu, in the same shopping center with Pacific Supermarket. As soon as I entered, the lady greeted me hello. The interior design was very colorful and fun. They also have a little gaming corner and I noticed each table had some type of block games (ie: jenga) so this spot is geared towards school-age kids. I ordered an Ube Milk Tea with boba. Boba was sweet and chewy and just the right amount.

Really good drinks with lots of options, Super chill to hang out and play all the games, And the place is very cute. Very good service too. We got a mango smoothie with popping boba And a strawberry milk tea. Can def recommend

I came here for a special event. This was my first time coming here. The vibe was amazing. They all kinds of fun decor on the walls. Their menu reflected a lot of different choices. I am a fan of matcha and the Blueberry Matcha caught my eye. It sounded like an interesting combination. I asked the cashier who was taking my order if she had ever tried it before. She had shared that she hadn't. I decided to try it and of course I got it with Boba, that is afterall the whole point right? It was delicious! If you haven't checked this place out, I highly recommend you do! The service was amazing, the drinks taste good, and the atmosphere is fun

Decided to give this place a try since it was on my way to the Humane Society and I'm glad that I could say I at least tried it although based on the flavor and taste of my drink it definitely wasn't a favorite unfortunately. Half of the boba was a little too soft for my liking and the other half was as chewy as I do like it and I feel that the taste of the milk tea has room for improvement. Although I will say that the worker who did take my order was nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in!

After dinner, we were looking for a sweet treat and stumbled upon The Boba Room, and it was the perfect end to our night. The place was easy to find with a cute exterior and plenty of parking, which is always a huge plus. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff and immediately felt comfortable thanks to the charming decor. The bright and welcoming interior was so clean and well-kept, which made the whole experience even better. There were so many great drink options on the menu that it was hard to choose. The gentleman at the counter, who I believe was the owner, was super helpful and gave us some great recommendations based on their popular best-sellers. We ended up ordering the blueberry matcha, mango matcha, creme brulee milk tea and obc temptation. While our drinks were being made, we got to explore the space and were blown away by all the cool, nostalgic video games and board games! We found that the shop has multiple separate rooms, which gives you a homely feel and makes it a great spot for any size group to hang out and have fun. We had a blast playing all the different games as a family. I love this concept of a boba shop combined with a game room. It's a fantastic idea and a great way to encourage social interaction. This is definitely a place we'll be coming back to, and I hope others will support this small business because we need more places like this.

This place is great!! I always order my favorite drink, Carmel macchiato with boba! It's always on point and the boba is always just right!! Look the set up and I always see people in there which is always a good sign. The staff is always so friendly. To add my son just had his birthday party there and it was so perfect! Everybody enjoyed themselves. The boys played video games and the girls got to make bracelets or make teddy bears. Definitely plan to have another party there

this place is so so cool !! i got the strawberry milk boba tea which tasted amazing ! this shop has a separate room for kids to play video games, board games, or read books while waiting for their beverage. the worker is so kind and nice, and even recommends some of the best drinks if you don't know what to get ! i would definitely come here again, wish we had one of these where i live !!

Really wanted to like it, but need to stick to just the regular dessert.

Taste Tea is located in Waikele Premium Outlet which is divided in to two section and Taste Tea is located in the area with Lowe's and Old Navy area and is found along the fence and not in the McDonald's food area. This tiny trailer does have it all like any full service store with menu filled with options for me it was the simple "Honey Iced Tea" and with the choice of teas it was Spring Tea my favorite with light sweetness was a nice and refreshing sip. I don't get to the Waipio location often, as I'm generally in the area only to shop at Foodland, grab a burger at Big City Diner, or a plate of lechon at Shay's, so an extravagant drink is the farthest thing from my thoughts. That changed last week when I saw a photo of the drink that called out to me, a Mango Sticky Rice Smoothie. Suddenly al other meals were put on hold, and there was only one possible way to get through my day- follow the siren's song straight into this small but sweet boba shop! Sure enough, this smoothie was completely worth the visit, and will probably bring me back again before it is gone. The smoothie was a simple mango cream with some coconut, but it sat atop a scoop of still warm Thai sticky rice and under a scoop of diced mango, which had of c ourselves been drizzled with sweetened condensed milk. The only thing it was a missing was a salty element, so I added a sprinkle of flaky salt once I made it home. I was only there for a short visit, but the employees were so very sweet to me and to the other customers there with me that day. If you find yourself wanting a sweet treat and are anywhere near Waipio, Teapresso is a fantastic choice for your time and money.

But one of the ladies from the nail salon was sitting at the table in the corner and we asked if they were open. She alerted someone in the nail salon and she came out promptly. This time around we ordered the mango sticky rice and D2 had the lava flow. I was curious about the mango sticky rice, bc it's blowing up all over the place here at various other places so I had to give it a try. I thought it was something new. Turns out it's just like mango sago that I get on the mainland. It was good though and very satisfying. Blended fresh mango, coconut milk, and mini sago pearls. D2 wasn't sure how she felt about her lava flow though. She asked what a lava flow is supposed to be and I told her coconut and strawberry. When I saw her drink it was more yellow and possibly pineapple?! She said it definitely tasted like pineapple more-so than coconut. Oh well maybe their interpretation is different. She drank it anyway and said at least she's tried it. We've been so many times I've lost count. They have a rewards system by just typing in your phone number.
