I'm extremely disappointed with our curbside pickup experience at Culver's today. We ordered…read morethrough the Culver's mobile app and arrived at 5:54 PM. After waiting more than 25 minutes with no food or update, we went inside around 6:20 PM to check on our order. We were told it was still not ready and that it would be brought to our curbside spot when finished. We returned to our vehicle and continued waiting. Our order was finally brought out at 6:45 PM--51 minutes after we arrived. What made the experience even more frustrating was watching another customer who arrived approximately 20 minutes after us receive her curbside order before ours. There was no explanation for the delay, no estimated completion time, and no meaningful communication. I understand restaurants can get busy, but waiting 51 minutes for a mobile curbside order while customers who arrived much later are served first is unacceptable. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and selecting curbside pickup. I would appreciate an explanation and appropriate resolution from Culver's.

I should have been told it was going to be almost as much as the BURRITO for half of a smashed avocado with a little onion. Not acceptable. It was bad enough that their menu says guacamole is included in some things but when they serve it, it's not...and they just shrug. (These pix are from last time, when that happened.) So this time, I ordered a SMALL SIDE and this is what happened. I questioned the bill, and was told it was correct with no shame. Unbelievable. I am truly angry. Sad to have to cross off a favorite but this is not how you treat customers.

No need for a giant one it's like any other Jimmy John's although a few things kind of disgruntled me I found out on this last visit here on the 15th of December 2023 Corporate office has decided to eliminate some of my favorite mustards the Jimmy mustard and the Gray Poupon dijon mustard ®™and they're just going to have the regular old yellow mustard whoppee:-( We'll see what happens there when I like to get my roast beefs. It doesn't really change though cuz I don't put mustard on the turkey toms when I do like the turkey or the Italian ones I go with the vinegar and the oil. But I came in order the number for the Turkey Tom the bread was nice and fresh along with the lettuce tomato and Mayo I added cheese like I usually do. Other than that I got combo w thinny chips which are still available in my local market and I had a Diet Coke and ate in there. So most of these like a lot of Yelp vs Google/trip advisor places are not very current reviews. So even though my four stars because this is definitely above average to me not average probably won't swing the bar too much but I did my part This is still one of the better ones as far as quality and my opinion with about five within a equal driving distance other than this one by my house the other ones are about 15 minutes away any direction.
