I'm extremely disappointed with our curbside pickup experience at Culver's today. We ordered…read morethrough the Culver's mobile app and arrived at 5:54 PM. After waiting more than 25 minutes with no food or update, we went inside around 6:20 PM to check on our order. We were told it was still not ready and that it would be brought to our curbside spot when finished. We returned to our vehicle and continued waiting. Our order was finally brought out at 6:45 PM--51 minutes after we arrived. What made the experience even more frustrating was watching another customer who arrived approximately 20 minutes after us receive her curbside order before ours. There was no explanation for the delay, no estimated completion time, and no meaningful communication. I understand restaurants can get busy, but waiting 51 minutes for a mobile curbside order while customers who arrived much later are served first is unacceptable. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and selecting curbside pickup. I would appreciate an explanation and appropriate resolution from Culver's.

Its summertime...so that means its also time for ice cream and milkshakes!…read more So tonight I was in the Southwest suburbs and needed my milkshake fix. I remembered about this place, Creamery, as I had been here a long time ago...so it was well overdue time for me to come back. The place was really crowded and there were no parking spots so I opted for the drive through (which also had a decent number of cars going through it). This gave me time to decide on what I wanted, given there is a huge variety of ice cream you could choose from that is made in small batches (presumably in-house). Anyway my turn came and I opted for a caramel flavored shake and after a bit of a wait I had possession of it. Wow...what a shake. It was very tasty and well worth it. It also had bits of chocolate covered caramel bits which added to it. And the shake itself was rich but very very good. If ever in the Lemont area, this place is definitely worth the stop. Its a local chain and oh so good!

He told me how bubble tea was new for him in the last few years and how OneZo is franchised and originated out of Taiwan. I have been drinking bubble tea for a long time- not that I consider myself a connoisseur, but I've definitely had my fair share of bubble tea. Overall I thought the bubble tea was okay. I do enjoy being able to adjust the sweetness and customize your toppings. I was informed that the boba (aka black tapioca balls) were cooked in house daily... I ordered the brown sugar milk tea the actual milk tea part was good.... But the tapioca balls, not so much. They were over cooked for my liking. Like to the point they were just mushy and not chewy. Maybe it was an off day... In other pictures I've seen some pastries but I didn't see any the day I stopped in. I'd stop by again and give it another try...

Unfortunately there's nothing else between my family's home and the highway, so I have no other option. They never ever get our coffee orders right. When you order they act like they understand and ask you to pull forward. Once you get to the window, "what did you order again?" And it's not like I'm asking to whip me up a specialty drink from Starbucks. I'm asking for coffee, half caf, 3 Splenda and 3 creams... it's not rocket science. And half the time theyre rude about it, when they need to call out the order again. Usually you have another worker come by the window, rolling eyes or bugged eye, annoyed they need to make a drink... today this young male looked so annoyed, hesitated drinking my coffee since I couldn't see him make it and not sure if they gave me some "extra special" in my drink Look- everyone there needs to get their sh*t together. If you hate your job that much, find another one. And please... stop pretending you understand what the order is, when clearly you don't. We ordered a Thanksgiving holiday ice cream cake in 2024 and the cake was late and came melted and did not resemble what they had advertised it would. The owner apologized apologized and said they would try to make things right. We made the mistake of giving them a second chance and ordered 2 holiday ice cream cakes for Easter of 2025. They told us they would be available at 2:00 PM, texted us at 2:30 PM and told us they wouldn't be available until 4:00 PM. We went to the store at 4:45 to pick the cakes up and of course they were not there they told us it would be another half hour before the cake showed up. The owner comes in with the cakes 45 minutes later does not even apologize for making us wait four hours and when she could see we are annoyed with her apathetic attitude and terrible service she says "I'll give you some free donuts".
