The owner apologized apologized and said they would try to make things right. We made the mistake of giving them a second chance and ordered 2 holiday ice cream cakes for Easter of 2025. They told us they would be available at 2:00 PM, texted us at 2:30 PM and told us they wouldn't be available until 4:00 PM. We went to the store at 4:45 to pick the cakes up and of course they were not there they told us it would be another half hour before the cake showed up. The owner comes in with the cakes 45 minutes later does not even apologize for making us wait four hours and when she could see we are annoyed with her apathetic attitude and terrible service she says "I'll give you some free donuts". How about you acknowledging that you made us wait three hours after the promised delivery time and not act like your giving us a few donuts that have been sitting in the case all day is how you make things right.
