I wasn't a fan of the red velvet latte, it was pure sugar and aside from the intense pink color didn't taste the way I expected a red velvet cake to taste (most likely because the cream cheese is important to the flavor). The decoration and swag for purchase are all show-stoppers, perfect for photo ops or even social media. They have a cute little photo booth inside as well. There is plenty of seating available. It required very little to no convincing. Sadly, they were out of half of their options, but we tried the PANDAN CUSTARD DOUGHNUT (4.65) because we both like pandan. The custard was creamy with a strong pandan flavor. The donut was soft and chewy with a delicious sugar layer. I'm sure these have been sitting out for a few hours, so I'm impressed how well they hold up. I would definitely pay the price for these delicious doughnuts again.

The moo cakes left something to be desired. The flavors were not strong so I couldn't tell which mooncake was what flavor. The corn pastry was quite good. The crust was flaky and the custard was creamy and delicious. I did enjoy the corn pastry but my experience was a logistical nightmare and unfortunately I don't think my cousin got her money back.

The basic salt bread and ink bread are available when they open (as well as the cookies) but some additional breads become available after 3pm. I walked around the pop-up district and waited until 3p to try the Ube Salt Bread. I had never tried the original Salt Bread before but the Ube Salt Bread lived up to the hype. It was flaky, crusty, salty, and sweet. The Ube Cream had the right amount of sweetness and they were definitely generous with the amount of cream. I would come back and try the cookies and other salt breads next time. They have everything on display so you can look at the different cookies and salt breads. The inside is mostly a silver and grey going for a retro/modern experience. Music is pretty loud but there is ample seating inside.

Also while I came for the Salt Bread, I certainly stayed for the cookies. The cookies were even better than the Salt Bread!! So soft yet also held together well. I tried the Banana Milk flavor and really enjoyed it. Currently just a pop up, but they're off to a good start. Excited to see Bit Bakery's story unfold! :)
