    Thai Milk Tea w/Boba
    Ashley H.

Saw this cute boba shop upon walking around the mall and decided to try it out. I had some pretty high hopes and expectations. I ordered just a simple Thai Tea with Boba less sweet. I didn't know it was actually a Thai Milk Tea w/Boba so the milk was definitely overpowering the actual tea. I definitely would prefer a stronger tea flavor but it was still pretty decent. The boba itself wasn't too bad either. Overall, a really cute place with lots of panda decor and plushies everywhere. They definitely could improve on the service and the drinks were a bit pricey.

We first tried Panda Tea House at Springfield Town Center. That location has now closed and it was so nice to see them open up at Dulles Town Center. The cashier was kind. The store didn't look all that clean but maybe we came on an off day. Ordered a rolled ice cream, which was creamy and had good flavor. We haven't had a chance to try their boba tea drinks yet. You can create your own rolled ice cream flavor by choosing from their list of ice cream bases, toppings, and drizzles. You can also pick from one of their set specialty ice cream rolls. They have the option of adding a bubble waffle for $1.50. It's always so much fun watching your ice cream creation being prepared in front of you. You may have to wait awhile for your order. It's worth the wait. There are some chairs inside, but it's primarily a grab and go type place. I'm so glad we got a chance to visit and can't wait to try some of their other flavors

Saw posts about this place and it looked so good so I had to come here and try it for myself. My first choice was not available - I think I wanted The Purple Heart originally so I had to go with the Pina-Delight instead. Overall, the dessert was good. The puffle was warm and toasty and the rolled ice cream along with the puffle complemented each other. My only complaint was it was a bit on the sweeter side once the pineapple jelly was all mixed on. Too sweet for me. I would try the Purple Heart one if I happened to be at the mall again.

I drove all the way out to this location since the one at Springfield Mall closed a while back. I was devastated to find my favorite flavor "Blue Moon" was no longer listed on the menu. However, the nice guy behind the register said we can still make that for you and he literally MADE MY DAY! Thanks for accommodating me and staying open through covid!

What a nice boba spot! Everyone was polite and the drinks were delicious. We bought the brown sugar boba milk tea and the ube milk tea. Loved both!

YOU'RE BETTER OFF GOING TO KUNG FU TEA. This is a cute concept; it literally combines all the Instagram-popular dessert ideas: bubble tea, light bulb cup, Thai rolled ice cream, and bubble waffles. I had high hopes, but at the same time it seemed like it was going to be too much... and it was. Not specializing in one thing seemed to cause everything to be subpar. I ordered Thai iced bubble tea in a light bulb, which was cute for a picture, but the quality and flavor of the drink itself was lamentable. It tasted like medicine. The bubbles were also too soft and mushy, and the bubbles themselves tasted weird, which I've never experienced before. Above all, I give negative stars for the service. I don't know what kind of manager would leave a bunch of immature children in charge of this place. The employees were screaming and running around to the point I couldn't hear the cashier. It was completely disrespectful, and I have never experienced such poor service in my life.

My daughter and I got the Thai milk tea and the Brown Sugar milk. They are delicious and you have the option to get your drink in a light bulb for a little more. The owners are very nice.

New best boba drinks in Dulles Town Center mall. I always come here for my tea and smoothies drink and it always taste delicious. The smoothie are made out of fresh fruits. Also, the bubble waffle smells very good and taste yummy. It is definitely my go to place for drinks, waffles, and ice-cream roll.

Very interesting concept as this place seems to be more of a dessert shop, I am curious on how good the viet food is.. maybe one day! I ordered the valentine bingsu which consist of a bunch of fruit and vanilla ice cream. The bingsu was advertised with "milky ice flavor" which I did not taste the "milky" part. The shredded ice was a great consistency, though! Easy to scoop up, melts fast, & not ice-y which to me is crucial to a decent bingsu. The strawberries paired were great and very sweet, the peach felt like it was from a can, pineapple gave off canned vibes, except it was extremely bitter and basically gone bad. Mangoes were OK not very sweet and Vanilla ice cream was good but you can't go wrong with that if it's store-bought. Overall would give this a 5/10 maybe 4.5/10. You order on the kiosk or at the counter. I opted for the kiosk as the employees were busy, I did however asked at the counter to Change my order after once I realized they had the valentine bingsu since I was feeling more fruit desserts (originally ordered the strawberry & cream). They were accommodating which I appreciated! Service was nice for the most part - the guy that served me my order did not acknowledge me when I said thank you... or when we took him the dish after the food and said thanks again lol service can be spotty based on who you get I guess? Again Curious on the viet food here!

If a place consistently delivers quality drinks, strong execution, and keeps us coming back, that earns a top rating from me. Teadm absolutely does that. We go to Teadm in Sterling often, and it has become one of our go to spots for drinks. Their Brown Sugar Milk Tea with boba is outstanding. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with the kind of texture that keeps you coming back for another sip. One thing I really appreciate is that their milk teas are actually milky and creamy. They are not thin or watery like at some other places. Also, the added traditional boba is excellent! It is consistently chewy, fresh tasting, and cooked perfectly every time. That kind of consistency matters, and they clearly pay attention to quality. They also offer a Brown Sugar Milk option with no caffeine, which is fantastic for the kiddos. Same creamy, satisfying flavor profile without the caffeine, and that has made it a family favorite. Another consistent winner is their Seasalt Bac Xiu Coffee. It never disappoints. Great balance of sweetness, coffee flavor, and that salted cream element that makes it so enjoyable. We have also tried the Color Switch Lemonade, which is good and fun to order. If I could offer one suggestion, I would love to see a classic simple lemonade or a lychee lemonade added to the menu as well. Overall, this place rocks. Great drinks, consistent quality, family friendly options, and the kind of menu that keeps us coming back. A solid 5 stars from me.

It's not easy to find. Their address is on Southbank Street, but it can be easy to miss it as it is behind Robek's. We were here on a Sunday around 5 p.m. The first thing I noticed was that they didn't have very many items left. The young man who was behind the counter was friendly and patient. I decided to order two lemon cupcakes and two birthday cupcakes. There were only two birthday cupcakes left, so I guess I timed it right. Four cupcakes ended up costing $18, which seems to be on the expensive side. As for the cupcakes, the lemon ones were for my husband. He thought the lemon flavoring could have been more prominent. We also noticed that the cupcakes were on the oily side. On the plus side, the cake part was very light in texture. This place is basically a take out set up, as it is small. We're not sure if we would return. If we did return, it would be for a meal in the area.

I was casually looking at the flavors when someone greeted me and was ready to help. Turns out he was the owner and was very nice. He explained how all the cupcakes are baked fresh daily, and he makes the ice cream himself as well. There were definitely a lot of options, so it was a little tough to choose. They have cupcakes, ice cream, cookies, macarons, etc. It looks like they also have seasonally decorated cupcakes as well. But I did come here with the intention of getting a cupcake, but leaving with four. I chose the following: -mocha chocolate oreo - This one was a little too complex for me, I couldn't really taste the mocha flavor. -pumpkin pie-ception - spot on, this was very delicious. I loved the little pumpkin pie slice on top. -red velvet - This was pretty good, the the cream cheese frosting wasn't too sweet which is how I like it. -carrot cake - I didn't taste it yet, but I figured it's a combination of the pumpkin pie-ception and red velvet frosting. The cupcakes are $4.25 each, with a $1 up charge for a deluxe cupcake... Not sure which one that was. The cupcake prices are high but kind of average price. The cupcakes were good, moist. I do wish that there was a little filling on the inside and maybe a little less frosting on top. Would I return? Maybe if I am in the area.
