If you're not a fan of that, then this bacon is for you!The biggest surprise was their sourdough toast. It had a crunchy crust, a fluffy inside, and great taste--you can definitely tell it's made from scratch every day! Overall, the staff was great. One thing to keep in mind is that there isn't much room; I'd say it holds about 40 to 50 people. There were no soft layers to pull apart, no spiral of cinnamon filling, and almost no cinnamon except for a thin strip at the bottom. The texture was dry, heavy, and crumbly, more like stale sweet bread than a fresh pastry. The lemon bar lacked the bright, tangy citrus flavor you'd expect, and while the chocolate croissant and churro croissant were visually appealing, they were mostly one-note and lacked richness or complexity. Overall, everything looked incredible, but the execution didn't match the presentation.
