His sea turtle
Candice W.

Seriously-- wish I could slam down 25 stars!! The menu is amazing- so much to choose from. Staff was pleasant and kind and helpful and sweet- precious actually. (Wish we knew her name) Coffee was excellent-- we both got Sea Turtles (the house specialty) I got mine with oat milk. We both got these crazy delicious cookies!!! They blew our minds !! We loved this place and will be back!!

Drive thru

I wish I stumbled upon this place on my first day in Yachats, not my last. The employees are so nice and welcoming. I ordered a gooey caramel latte and mmm mmm. I also had to get the almond scone and the jalapeño cheddar scone for the drive. And boy am I happy I did. They were DELICIOUS. My mouths watering thinking about them. Perfect amount of crisp with flaky yumminess.

This is a small shack that offers drive through for some coffee and bakery items. There is no indoor seating, but there are a couple of benches in the area. We got here at 9:30 on a Sunday and the drive-thru must've had about 5 cars. We waited over 30 mins in the line to get some coffee and bakery items, which seems excessive. I think they need to get a better system of ordering + waiting for your item, as you have to stay at the window until your items are ready. As for our items, we got dirty chais with some muffins and a scone. Everything was overly sweet, and I'd recommend getting half sweet on your drink for normal levels of sugar. The scone was nice, but the muffins seemed like they were from Costco. The prices were also very high, higher than Starbucks! Next time, I'd opt for a place that has more variety in sweet and savory, and potentially faster service.

The best coffee stop!

We were visiting and saw this place! The friendliest barista helped us and our drinks were so good and the brownie was delicious!

Very cute drive thru coffee spot in Yachats. While driving on the coast, this was the closest and glad we stopped here. They serve Portland coffee roasters and are a friendly bunch of baristas. I got the caramel latte while my partner got the hazelnut latte, both tastes good!

Our favorite coffee drive thru, forever and always. We adore the welcome and hospitality every time we visit. The baristas are knowledgeable and will help you decide if you're not quite sure. They have a rewards program so don't forget to offer your phone number too.

Filthy Dirty Chai
Lacey T.

Stopped here while taking a road trip along the coast, and had the best coffee-related drink of the ENTIRE vacation (possibly my life)! My husband ordered a filthy dirty chai (the name alone!) and I don't even like coffee, but I could have drank an entire cup of it myself. Perfectly spiced and sweet, but not overwhelmingly so, plus luscious and creamy too - YUM! And then the chocolate covered coffee bean placed on your lid! That is such a teeny, tiny little thing, but the sort of small touch that makes a place special, and I really adored that. There were tons of beverage options offered, and not all coffee (smoothies, frappes, and the like), along with a few edibles (no, not that kind!): cookies, muffins, and other pastries. When we stopped by this was strictly a drive thru (though it looked like there was a closed portion of the building that might could be used for a bit of seating in the future?? Not sure about that). The line was pretty long, but once we actually got to the window, service was fast and so so friendly. Between the friendliness of the cashier and her skills as a barista, I think my hubby developed a little crush on her, but frankly, I can't blame him!

We literally drive almost three hours round trip for breakfast here. The food is exceptional every single time -- and everything is plant-based, although apparently they're so good at it that people don't even realize it. Last time we were there, we ended up sharing a table with a stranger who had ordered an omelette. Somehow it came up that the whole restaurant is vegan and she was SHOCKED. She had absolutely no idea she was eating a plant-based omelette. Honestly, that might be the best review of the food right there. The place itself is adorable and quirky, with tarot cards and games on the tables, fun merchandise, and friendly, funny staff. And the pastries!! Worth the drive all by themselves. We absolutely love this place and will continue making our ridiculous breakfast pilgrimage as often as possible.

I got a Himalayan mocha and the stout. The bagel was good, but I would definitely stick to ordering a breakfast burrito. The sandwiches looked good and the portions were HUGE. The pasteries are so good. I got the pistachio filled croissant and wow that was life changing! Super cozy and community oriented. There are conversation starters on the table and different books.

We were greeted immediately when we walked in. I ordered an Italian soda with peach and strawberry and my friend ordered a cappuccino. My drink was great! It was creamy and fresh tasting. It was made with syrup but it was still so good and refreshing after a long day with lots of walking. They have some housemade treats too, which I've had before and they were good. Since we got there so late in the day they didn't have much available, but last time I got a delicious peanut butter bar that blew me away. The staff were all very friendly and seemed happy. There is a small space with tables inside and a cute little garden outside with a few more tables. The prices were reasonable, about on-par for a tourist town. They have a small parking lot and there is plenty of street parking. The building is a bit hidden so it can be hard to spot if you're on foot but they put signs out when they're open to help people to find. If you're looking for a cute spot to get a treat and a drink, stop in here! They are lovely and have tasty treats.

Service is so friendly - they both didn't stop smiling the whole time we were there. The choices were outstanding! Chocolate, cookies, lemon bars and brownies. We bought orange and raspberry sticks, chocolate Carmel brownie, peanut butter fudge and some of the best divinity fudge w've ever had! It's a cute little building and store with places to eat and have coffee inside. Well worth the 10-15 minute drive from Newport. **Flavor:** Midnight Chocolate Truffle unicornbow…read more **Rating:** 4.5/5 stars The moment I scooped this Midnight Chocolate Truffle into my bowl, I knew I was in for something extraordinary. The color is impossibly dark - a rich, velvety brown that seems to absorb light rather than reflect it. The texture is perfection itself - smooth yet substantial, with none of the icy crystallization that plagues lesser chocolate ice creams. The first spoonful delivers an immediate cocoa explosion that's both intense and nuanced. This isn't your childhood chocolate ice cream. The flavor profile evolves dramatically as it melts on your tongue - starting with a bold, slightly bitter dark chocolate note, then mellowing into something creamier with hints of espresso and vanilla. The finish reveals subtle notes of cherry and almond that linger pleasantly. What truly sets this ice cream apart are the truffle pieces scattered throughout - not too many, not too few. These decadent morsels provide textural contrast and concentrated bursts of chocolate flavor that elevate the experience from merely delicious to transcendent. My only complaint? At $9.99 per pint, it's definitely a splurge. But for special occasions or when you need to reset your chocolate standards, this is absolutely worth the investment. Would I buy it again? Already have. Twice. Have you tried any exceptional chocolate ice creams lately? I'm always looking for recommendations to expand my frozen dessert horizons.

If you're from the Portland metro area and visit the coast, this is a nice place to try out. The portions were generous. The pancake order comes with four, and they are BIG. The potatoes were cooked with onion, which gives them a nice taste. The bacon also had a great texture; usually, when you try new diners, the bacon tends to be more squishy. If you're not a fan of that, then this bacon is for you!The biggest surprise was their sourdough toast. It had a crunchy crust, a fluffy inside, and great taste--you can definitely tell it's made from scratch every day! Overall, the staff was great. One thing to keep in mind is that there isn't much room; I'd say it holds about 40 to 50 people.
