We decided to do some exploring in Ormond and came to the Bucket. OMG!!! Fabulous view, amazing menu and excellent service! We sat outside and enjoyed the beach and breeze. The menu had so many choices for Starters as well as Entrees. Crystal was on her "A" game and very attentive and knowledgeable. We ordered and shared the Fish and Shrimp Bucket. The breaded shrimp were fresh and so tasty. The blackened fish was fresh tilapia, done to perfection. The fries were ample and crispy.....YUMMMM. This will definitely be a repeat for us, and I plan on NOT sharing dinner but gobbling it all up myself as I work through the varied and extensive menu. LOL! read more

This place never disappoints. Greta prices for being right on the beach with beautiful views. Drinks are good, strong, and they have $2 Jell-O shots which is fun. Food: it's pretty decent and fairly priced. We've gotten basic items there and it wasn't terrible but satisfying. We normally have gotten appetizers. My husband and I decided to go to The Beach Bucket for breakfast. Great decision! We were seated on the patio, oceanfront listening to the sound of the waves. Jose our server was super nice and friendly. He brought my husband his coffee and my water. My husband ordered the chorizo omelette and I ordered the early bird which was scrambled eggs, sausage links, sliced tomatoes with wheat toast. My husband liked his omelette but said chorizo could have been spicier, he also had home fries with wheat toast. My eggs were good and the sausage was good too. Beautiful spot right on the beach. We grabbed a picnic style table closest to the beach. It was lovely to sit and watch the water and people. We got a couple margaritas which were strong and delicious the food was pretty decent as well. We got a burger and a chicken sandwich. Service was very friendly and helpful. read more

A Memorable The Beach Bucket in Ormond Beach is my go-to spot for a taste of sunshine and delicious food. I recently visited twice in one week--and trust me, that was no accident! The first time was to catch up with a friend and soak in the amazing beach view, which is always a treat. The second time, I brought my sisters, and it was the perfect end to a fun beach day. Both times, I ordered the same thing because when something is this good, you stick with it: the shrimp basket with sweet potato fries. They came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. This place has never disappointed me; the food is just as tasty and fresh as I remember. This place came highly recommended from our friends when they heard we were headed to Daytona beach! We stopped by even though it was a cold day so ended up grabbing a drink indoors. The keylime drink was SO good and my friend loved her strawberry shortcake drink too. The atmosphere inside wasn't anything to write home about, but obviously it's much better when it's a nice day out beachside. Our server Katherine was fantastic. She knows her stuff and made it a great experience for us. Unfortunately, the (I think) owner of the place went on Facebook live inside showing all the customers when we were there and it just seemed like it was invading our privacy in a way as he was "asking" if we wanted to be on camera after the camera was already pointed in our direction. He went table to table having everyone wave. It just seemed a little tacky. I'd recommend a different social media marketing strategy. read more

The gentleman who im assuming is the manager at this establishment is doing his job, and doing it well. We sat outside & he walked around, made sure the servers are on their game with clean up, taking away plates, serving water or whatever you need, and even talking to the patrons asking if everything was alright. His efficiency did not go unnoticed & the staff is on point. My breakfast was great, eggs Benedict w/chorizo, I highly recommend. Overall really good service on Fathers Day. Thank u! Had a great lunch at Beach Bucket. Sitting outside on a beautiful sunny day looking at the ocean was fantastic. We started with the onion rings and corn nuggets as an appetizer. The onion rings were huge and very tasty. Corn nuggets were moist and delicious. I had the chicken tenders that were very good and very big. There were 5 of them maybe 4. There were so big I don't remember. All I know is I took 3 home . My friend had the steak panini and she loved it. Our server was so much fun and very attentive. The 3 stars are for the view. This is the second time being here and I was very disappointed. When we sat down at the table it was sticky so obviously not wiped off after the guest before us. I ordered the mozzarella Caprese panini with extra crispy fries and received mozzarella and tomatoes on a pita bread that was not pressed like a panini. The fries were not crispy but instead slightly undercooked. My husband got the chicken tenders with chips & salsa. He liked the chicken but the chips were stale. Other than having a bit of a time finding this restaurant, it was worth it. We literally were maybe 75 feet from the Atlantic Ocean. As the waves were slowly crashing on the beach we enjoyed a delightful Mimosa and Bloody Mary. Our server was very cordial and helpful making several brunch suggestions. We settled on a shrimp and Crab omelet. It was serves with a choice of biscuit, toast, croissant and wonderfully fried potatoes. I usually don't comment on breakfast because at best, it's ho-hum.
