Beautiful spot right on the beach. We grabbed a picnic style table closest to the beach. It was lovely to sit and watch the water and people. We got a couple margaritas which were strong and delicious the food was pretty decent as well. We got a burger and a chicken sandwich. Service was very friendly and helpful.

Our server Cody was fantastic and the view was just as great. It was 40 degrees out, so I didn't take any pictures of the food. I had a poinsettia cocktail and my husband had a painkiller. They were both great. The Ahi tuna wrap was fresh and delicious. The caesar salad was surprisingly good. The shrimp panini was ok; my husband liked it better than I did. Fries were great. We would be back! Vibes were great on the patio!

A Memorable The Beach Bucket in Ormond Beach is my go-to spot for a taste of sunshine and delicious food. I recently visited twice in one week--and trust me, that was no accident! The first time was to catch up with a friend and soak in the amazing beach view, which is always a treat. The second time, I brought my sisters, and it was the perfect end to a fun beach day. Both times, I ordered the same thing because when something is this good, you stick with it: the shrimp basket with sweet potato fries. They came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. This place has never disappointed me; the food is just as tasty and fresh as I remember. My sisters loved their meals too--one had the chicken and mozzarella panini, and the other had the chicken wings. They both said their food was fantastic! Throw in a perfect piña colada--which was delicious and refreshing after a long day at the beach--for myself and a great view, and you have the recipe for an amazing afternoon. The Beach Bucket is the perfect place to make some happy memories with great food. I can't wait to go back again soon, Beach Bucket!

A breakfast lunch dinner café simple items on the beach You can enjoy sunrise or sunset. They have a whole bunch of different options that are super affordable. We came for breakfast on the specific day and we got two breakfasts and wanted to go for our kid and it was less than 50 bucks for beach pricing. That's relatively great. A casual place that is very busy usually it's first come first serve see yourself but it seems like they've changed it to have a host seat guest We enjoyed our breakfast. The service was decent nothing to complain about.

Had yet another amazing lunch when I had out of state guests. It's my go to spot to impress friends with amazing food beachfront ‼ Kayla was our server and was excellent. We ordered the good old standby Parmesan and crusted tuna melt with sweet potato fries, conch fritters, Ahi tuna wrap, oh and of course, the voodoo bucket. Absolutely this place love the service. Love the food love the view....‼

This place came highly recommended from our friends when they heard we were headed to Daytona beach! We stopped by even though it was a cold day so ended up grabbing a drink indoors. The keylime drink was SO good and my friend loved her strawberry shortcake drink too. The atmosphere inside wasn't anything to write home about, but obviously it's much better when it's a nice day out beachside. Our server Katherine was fantastic. She knows her stuff and made it a great experience for us. Unfortunately, the (I think) owner of the place went on Facebook live inside showing all the customers when we were there and it just seemed like it was invading our privacy in a way as he was "asking" if we wanted to be on camera after the camera was already pointed in our direction. He went table to table having everyone wave. It just seemed a little tacky. I'd recommend a different social media marketing strategy.

Outdoor patio. Doesn't get more beachfront than this!

Fish Tacos and drinks were amazing! Super laid back and right on the beach. With plenty of umbrellas for shade and a nice breeze. Will definitely back

Extremely casual restaurant right on the Atlantic Ocean. A lot of seafood options. We decided to do appetizers. Service was excellent, the staff work together to make sure you're taken care of. Very accommodating. Great prices, especially on drinks.

Fun restaurant right off the beach. Three tier area so views great. Went for dinner and breakfast next morning. Dinner: Apps of corn fritters and onion rings were very good. Nice portions Entrees of shrimp basket & tuna melt were delicious. Only down side - Pepsi products! Breakfast: Nice big mug go coffee. Original eggs benedict were fine. Needed thicker hollandaise sauce. The nice two by two eggs and bacon with toast was good! Cody did a great job as server.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and pleasant atmosphere! The food was delicious and the prices very reasonable! Definitely going back soon!

Quick service, beach front view. The Fish & Chips were hot & crispy No complaints! Can be breezy on the patio, but a lovely spot for a waterfront drink and a meal!

    Onion Rings and Corn Nuggets
    Jayne S.

Had a great lunch at Beach Bucket. Sitting outside on a beautiful sunny day looking at the ocean was fantastic. We started with the onion rings and corn nuggets as an appetizer. The onion rings were huge and very tasty. Corn nuggets were moist and delicious. I had the chicken tenders that were very good and very big. There were 5 of them maybe 4. There were so big I don't remember. All I know is I took 3 home . My friend had the steak panini and she loved it. Our server was so much fun and very attentive. Soon as we have warmer days , you will find me outside on the deck with a drink in hand. By the way, the drinks were exceptional!

They only allow service animals sadly. Even a 4lb dog in a bag was turned away

When do they stop serving breakfast?

We stop serving our breakfast at 11:30 AM. Look forward to taking care of you.

Hi! I've been once before and remember the stairs by the beach. The profile says wheelchair accessible - where do you enter with a wheelchair? Is there a bathroom you can reach with a wheelchair too? Thanks!

You can enter from the Ocean East south side parking lot or from the beach access parking lot in a wheelchair. Yes, you can access the bathrooms. You can go directly to the lower level of the patio from the parking lot in a wheelchair, or go inside… Read more

Service - possibly too much! :-) We happened to be seated at the end of the bar and every time a server passed us, they checked on us, tried to collect servingware (some of which was awaiting use) and asked if we needed anything. They were friendly and welcoming, not pushy. Tip: We heard a server describing flights to a nearby table. We had not been told of these. There was a $12 mystery flight with either 3 reds or 3 whites. There was a premium 3 taste red flight at $18. I am using the word taste loosely here as we were advised each taste in the flight is 1/2 glass. Everyone was happy to let us taste any wines that were open. The premium flight included a higher end version of the wine we got by the bottle (Mendoza Malbec) which the proprietress proactively offered us. Judging by that alone, the premium flight would have been worth the price. All wines by the glass were $7 or $15. On to the food and menu: The menu is a nice size and has offerings that would appeal to many palates and appetites. We tried the Crab Remick and the Grazing Board MKT ($20). We were there a year ago when the transition from "Better Days" to the "vine" was still in process. I liked the old menu a little better, but that's a matter of taste. The crab cakes and pasta choices are not on the menu now. (There is mac and cheese) For a scratch kitchen it is strange to me that they don't have any bread. In fact, I question whether they make the crostini. These crostini are small, cracker-sized, and have garlic flavoring. The actual crackers are clearly not made in house (see my photo). I looked at the photo of the French onion soup to see what bread is in there and I could not tell. But here is the thing, coming from Northern CA, having bread, preferably sourdough, to go with your cheese and wine is a key part of the experience for me. I think the Bistro is missing a couple big opportunities here. The first is to offer fresh bread with both the wine tasting menu and the brunch. And the other one is to get SF sourdough starter and use that for a unique and special attraction. Last time we were here, we got the meatball sliders and we really liked those. BTW, they offer tablets that have the menu, including photos, and wines, if you like to access the information that way.

Our server took our order my husband ordered 2 eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits with bacon. I ordered an egg over easy with hash browns, 2 sausage links and wheat toast. Our food was served quickly and we thought everything was going good. But then a SUV pulls up outside and apparently Tuesday morning is when they get their delivery. They propped open the door with all the cold air coming in, everyone except the cook that was working there stopped what they were doing and started to unloaded their order. Never once were we asked if we needed anything. My husband was almost hit in the back of his head with a big box of snack size Lays potato chips. Honestly, that was very unprofessional if they do this every Tuesday morning, they are only opened until 2 PM. They have all afternoon to have an order delivered or come in early before the restaurant opens to have it delivered. You do not go back-and-forth through a restaurant ignoring your customers because you have a delivery. Besides that... aren't most deliveries brought in through the back door not the front. We waited for our check but never came so we stood at the register until we could pay our bill. The restaurant was nicely decorated for St. Patrick's Day but maybe be more considerate of your customers.

It was Bike Week, so I'm sure it was busier than normal, but the space itself is pretty small with a slightly quirky setup for a place labeled as "brunch." I'll admit I expected more of a brunch vibe -- things like bottomless mimosas, live music, or a more elevated menu -- but overall it felt closer to a diner experience. We both ordered the mimosa flight, which was fine but pretty average, nothing particularly fresh or over-the-top in terms of ingredients or presentation. I had the bacon pancakes, which were good but not anything memorable. I did like that the bacon was thick cut, and I added icing to create more of a sweet-and-savory combination, which helped. My husband had a muffin sandwich, and again, it was decent but felt like something you could easily get at a local diner. For a place branded around brunch, I expected daily specials or something a bit more unique. Service was also just okay. Our server was always on the go and never really stopped at our table. There wasn't much effort to explain the menu, check if we had questions, or suggest any items, which would have helped the overall experience feel more welcoming. Overall, I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying it, but I'm not in a rush to go back either. If I never dined here again, I'd be perfectly okay with that.

Food didn't take long to come out and almost every table was full with a large mob waiting inside and outside of the restaurant. I enjoyed the food although it could have been hotter. Both of our meals were warm so we think it could have been sitting for a while in the kitchen before we were served. I liked the eggs Benedict as the meal had a nice texture overall and the hollandaise sauce was tasty. Potatoes were crispy and I found the seasoning to be perfect. They need smaller plates because I felt like the cost of the meal was more than what it was actually worth. You can see in the picture that my meal appears small because the plate is so big. I ate it all so fast and I was actually still hungry at the end. I didn't know my meal came with some fruit so that was a nice touch. Our server did try to upsell us a couple times offering me a side of toast or some fritters for the table when we sat. It's a decent place to stop at in town.
