Our theme was "cuties," so we requested very specific flavors--orange vanilla macarons and mini fruit tarts topped with mandarin oranges only. Neither item was on their standard menu, but they were more than happy to accommodate and were incredibly responsive throughout the process. I also shared reference images for each dessert, and they did an amazing job bringing the vision to life. They even added thoughtful decorative touches like mint and little green leaves, which made everything look extra polished and on-theme. On the day of the event, they delivered everything to the park for free, which made things so much easier for us. The desserts were a huge hit--everyone loved them! Delicious macarons! Probably the best I ever had?! Better than the macarons in Paris, France -- for real! My husband loved them too! I first tried them at a friend's event, the strawberry matcha & guava ones I think they were. So so good! Those were my favs! Each even had a strawberry or guava marmalade/jelly filling in the center, wow! The blueberry & corn flavors were great too. I also won their Valentine's giveaway and got to try a variety of baked desserts!!! So yummy & delicious! Not too sweet either! Love the asian flavors! My wife and I just got married last week and we were recommended to Bangaem for one of our dessert vendors. Initially we were just going to get macarons from them and other desserts from elsewhere, but Sophie had mentioned that they had other desserts available as well. Thankfully they had a drop in which we were able to grab a sample box from them to share with the family as a taste test. Sophie and her team was just amazing to work with and the desserts were incredible. My mom and brothers loved it! We ended up hiring the bangaem for our desserts table. For the wedding we got Crème brûlée, Panna cotta, Fruit tarts, Tiramisu, Mango tiramisu, Macarons, Fruit teas, and young coconut cake and ube cake.
