I asked a young employee for help but he seemed to be new so he walked up the isle to Robert to ask for help. Robert yells "what do you want?!" The kid says something & Robert says "go help her, I'm busy" as he's NOT helping anyone. Then he tells the kid "go get someone else to help her. What does she want?!" ALL this as I'm standing at the end of the isle where I could clearly hear him & his LOUD refusal to help the kid help me.
