Respond with: "Did you review my data and history before this session?" My experience was being passed between multiple trainers. Without getting into the weeds, no one consistently reviewed my charts before sessions. That matters. Without context, it's impossible to ask the right questions or receive targeted guidance. Each session, I was measured and data was recorded--but no one explained what it meant. I was never told how I was progressing, especially regarding range of motion or outcomes. Jaco uses a high-tech system that allows them to charge a $50 cancellation fee within 24 hours, yet trainers weren't consistently inputting or reviewing data to deliver informed sessions. At one point, the lead PT had to step in mid-session to guide the trainer I was working with on what I should actually be doing. After two months of this, I canceled my sessions and am now looking for another PT provider.

The facility is right behind Jack in the Box on Kalanianaole Hwy; the light at the left turning lane can try your patience. Parking during lunch hour can be a little challenging; fortunately it is very large parking lot shared by other businesses. They do a nice job with scheduling/changing your appointments, and the email reminders really do help (as does the $50 penalty if you cancel in less than 24 hours). Here comes Dr. Yoshimoto, who literally decreased my mom's knee pain by 90% after 1 visit. Yes, you heard that right - 90%!!! He was extremely patient, kind, and really broke it down in terms of pinpointing what exactly was going on, what treatment was needed, and what exercises to do at home. He was so shocked and was left speechless that my mom was dealing with inept individuals all this time - clowns, I tell you! Unbelievable. You can tell that Dr. Yoshimoto genuinely cares for each of his patients.
