Follow-up communication was slow, and the response I received lacked professionalism and accountability. No effort was made to resolve the situation; instead, responsibility was shifted entirely to the patient.

I've worked with Allison for the past few months and can't recommend their office enough for any men dealing with pelvic pain. Prior to my first visit I was dealing with severe nerve pain shooting through my groin into my abdomen and down my legs making everything from sitting to walking across a room feel like being stabbed constantly. Each session has been incredible with both helping to identify the root of the problem and education on what I can do to help progress the treatment in between appointments. I've recovered enough to get back to regular walks and routine trips with minimal pain and continue to address even the tiniest flare ups with Allison's help. Dr. Dean Yoshimoto is AMAZING!!!…read more My mom has been suffering from extreme knee pain for some time now, and even seeing a sports medicine doctor and physical therapists back at home in Chicago, nothing was working - the pain was still there, if not more so, and there was never a clear answer or a treatment plan that was offered by any of the specialists. Here comes Dr. Yoshimoto, who literally decreased my mom's knee pain by 90% after 1 visit. Yes, you heard that right - 90%!!! He was extremely patient, kind, and really broke it down in terms of pinpointing what exactly was going on, what treatment was needed, and what exercises to do at home. He was so shocked and was left speechless that my mom was dealing with inept individuals all this time - clowns, I tell you! Unbelievable. You can tell that Dr. Yoshimoto genuinely cares for each of his patients. He's not the typical physical therapist who gives you some stretches to do, hooks you up to a muscle stimulating machine, and/or gives you a head pad and calls it a day. He actually tries to target the source of pain! I was assigned a bunch of exercises and she did not know how to print out instructions for me. She instead uploaded them to an app instead, which had me do some basic exercise exercises for up to three minutes. When I came back ten days later (she was unavailable before then) and I asked why they were so long, she said that was incorrect, but she didn't know how to change the routine in the app. She had me go back to my previous workout routine. So in the end, some of the issues with my shoulder did go away. But honestly, it did not inspire confidence in the quality of all the therapists. I think with some you're good with others not so good.

Lea helped me with my appointments and with my insurance, Gary directed me to how to perform the ways to recovery, jaisen and collin pushed and guided me to get as far as I could get back to normal. Alot of us wanted to give up and say screw it but they pushed all of us to the limit. They treated us like we were family and that was special.
