The owner even came out to personally greet my sister, who frequents the cafe with her kids. In fact, this is their preferred spot for tailgating before games at the school across the way. Why sit out in the elements when you can enjoy great food and beautiful surroundings? And speaking of the food, it was delicious! I had the Texas Avocado Burger with fries, my sister ordered the Turkey Avocado Club with tomato basil soup, and my other sister enjoyed the San Miguel BTO Tacos. They were incredibly generous with their portions, and everyone said their meals were excellent! What I love about Little Joe's is that it's so much more than just a pretty place to eat. I stopped by this afternoon and ordered several food items, a coffee, and one of their amazing candles. At the drive-thru, they handed me my food and let me know they'd bring the candle out separately. When I got home, I realized they had accidentally given me two candles, one was tucked inside my food bag and another had been brought out separately. I called to let them know because I wanted to pay for the extra candle (I absolutely love their candles and wanted to keep it!). The sweet lady I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and told me not to worry about it, they wanted me to enjoy the second candle on them. That level of customer service is so rare these days. Everyone was friendly, appreciative, and genuinely cared about making the experience a great one. Between the delicious food, fantastic coffee, and outstanding customer service, Marty B's continues to be one of my favorite places. And if you haven't tried their candles yet, you're missing out!
