I already loved Marty B's for the incredible food and coffee, but today's experience reminded me why I'll keep coming back. I stopped by this afternoon and ordered several food items, a coffee, and one of their amazing candles. At the drive-thru, they handed me my food and let me know they'd bring the candle out separately. When I got home, I realized they had accidentally given me two candles, one was tucked inside my food bag and another had been brought out separately. I called to let them know because I wanted to pay for the extra candle (I absolutely love their candles and wanted to keep it!). The sweet lady I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and told me not to worry about it, they wanted me to enjoy the second candle on them. That level of customer service is so rare these days. Everyone was friendly, appreciative, and genuinely cared about making the experience a great one. Between the delicious food, fantastic coffee, and outstanding customer service, Marty B's continues to be one of my favorite places. And if you haven't tried their candles yet, you're missing out! I picked up their new Cherry Almond Buttercream scent, and it smells absolutely incredible. Highly recommend! read more

Stopped by this coffee spot and honestly loved the space. There's so much seating, lots of comfy and huge sofas, and the whole place feels really well put together. I also liked the setup of the area with Marty's To-Go and Marty's Ice Cream right next door, it makes it feel like there's a lot going on around you. The coffee shop itself also has a bar, food options, and plenty of outdoor seating. The outdoor space with the fireplace looked so cozy, and I can already imagine how nice it would be there in winter with hot chocolate. I was already full, so I only stopped in for coffee this time, but definitely want to come back and try more. I got the iced lavender oat latte and really liked it. It was creamy, not too sweet, and the lavender flavor was subtle but still came through nicely. Really balanced and easy to drink. I also tried an off-menu salted caramel mocha, and that one was a miss for me. It was way too sweet, didn't really taste like salted caramel mocha, and wasn't creamy at all. It honestly gave me a headache after. Overall, 5 stars for the space, 3 for the lavender oat latte, and 0 for the salted caramel mocha. read more

What tickled me the most is we had just finished lunch across the parking lot at the Marty B's restaurant and brewery when I spotted not one but TWO other Marty B concepts: a coffee shop and an ice cream shop! WOW! Y'all have figured it out. This cafe was adorable! They had every kind of coffee you could think of. There was a line getting to the counter but it moved quickly; I also noticed they had a drive thru. Indoor ambiance is gorgeous. Tons of seating with chairs and couches, and a large patio with even more options to lounge. Their menu ranged from drip coffee, to lattes, to frozen drinks. I ordered their brown sugar cinnamon iced latte and asked for it to be half sweet as the original comes with 4 pumps of syrup. I'll maybe ask for 3 next time. And the pastries? Delicious! I ordered a blueberry pecan bar and their cinnamon roll. Both were fantastic and still so good a couple of days later. I must say I am not a fan of this. I was a huge fan of this place and to find out you aren't pet friendly is sad. I get owners aren't clean and don't pick up after themselves but then for that matter don't have inside seating because people leave trash and don't pick up. As someone who currently owns a dog even before I did this was something I looked for. It would be a great way to meet people. Either than the no pets outside everything else is great. Food, service. Marty B's Coffee is a go to on my list of coffee shops. The aesthetics are cozy and chic. The bathroom is clean and the service is always so very welcoming and kind! I often come here to meet up with my sisters to catch up and do work. The iced matcha with blackberry cold foam is so good! The seasoned crackers, chocolate chip cookie, muffins are delicious. When I'm hungry, that fried chicken biscuit is the one! It is just perfect. Their biscuits are good by themselves but the chicken with the pickles and honey is a winning combination! I love loitering I mean working remotely from here! Its design and decor are so inspiring and the flow of traffic is completely separate from the social / work areas and tales. After visiting Knob Hills Trails with some friends, we decided to grab some breakfast nearby and this came highly recommended. After our little hike, I went with the Harvest Green Smoothie. It was delish, wish they had energy shots or other options of that sort, but none the less was great! I balanced my beverage out with the fried chicken honey biscuit. This is by far the best chicken biscuit I have ever had. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy and flavorful in the inside. The biscuit was fluffy and flaky and just plain srumptalicous!!! The others had iced coffee, fresh juice, biscuits, burritos, and cinnamon rolls and non of them had any complaints. I cannot wait for our next hike so we can stop by again. read more

I was in the mood for either breakfast kolaches or tacos. I wanted to give this coffee shop another try. While looking at the menu, the Sweet Potato Scrambler caught my attention. I decided to order one of their seasonal lattes, Maple Vanilla Latte. The young cashier must have had a Word of the Day desk calendar and today's word was Awesome. Almost every sentence ended with that word. When she entered the latte order, I noticed the vanilla in the Maple Vanilla Latte was an additional cost. Although not on the menu, I ended up ordering a Maple Latte without the vanilla syrup. As before, I was asked for a gratuity even though there was no service other delivering my order at the end of the counter. As before, the booths and many of the tables are reserved for parties of two or more. Fortunately, there were several tables on the floor and one by the wall which were open for solo diners. Initial thought about the food, why is this called a scrambler when the egg is not scrambled? Second thought, this could have been served in a bowl. As I was trying to eat the rice and diced sweet potato with the small plastic fork, I wished it was served in a bowl. The scrambler was okay. The small plastic fork made it difficult to cut the egg into pieces. I thought it would break when I chopped the avocado. The crunchiness of the diced sweet potatoes made them even more tasty. As for the coffee, I am glad not to have opted for the vanilla syrup. The milk in the latte already diluted the maple taste. The vanilla syrup would have diluted even more. read more

When I drove in the complex, I was quite impressed that the whole area had Marty B's bbq, coffee shop, and ice cream and all of them were visually stunning. I drove through the coffee shop and was overly impressed with the menu and food. I was unsure of what to get so the lovely lady helping me suggested the turkey club. This place is so cool inside with amazing decor and lots of seating. They have an outdoor patio area too. It's got plenty of parking spaces as well. The service is great and very fast. I got a cold brew with vanilla cold foam and it was AMAZING. Seriously one of the best coffees I've had. You can tell they use high quality ingredients because of how good such a simple order is. I'll offer my opinion as a coffee geek and include my wife's as a normal person. If you want a classic cappuccino with a reasonable amount of milk and micro foam, this is not your place for that drink. You will get an unreasonable amount of milk and a little weak espresso. However if you want a double pump this and oak milk that, this place is for you. No judgement; my better half loved her drink and her super cinnamony coffee cake, and that makes me happy. We frequent Marty B's coffee. The ambience in the inside is very nice and inviting with a combination of cozy furniture and nooks, inviting lingering, as well as traditional table tops. This is a great place to grab a drink and a snack or even an adult beverage any anytime of day. Although, we've never been here past 12 PM. There To Go drive-through service is very good. Inside service is very good and very friendly, however, they call each food item one at a time as it is completed, which is a little disruptive of relaxation when you're there with several people. You do go to the counter to pick up your own food. Food choices, and drink choices are good for a coffee house and they do have several gluten-free options, which is appreciated. read more

Marty is taking over our little part of the world and I am totally OK with that! The Coffee Co. is another great Marty B restaurant. The outside seating is very inviting. But...inside is beautiful! The decor, the different seating arrangements and types are all very inviting. Service is spot on. The drive-thru was set up like Chick-fila's and looks like it was running just as smoothly. It is counter service like Starbucks, but service, the coffee and food is so much better. My vanilla latte was perfect. The Nashville Chicken Biscuit is yummy. My husband got a ham and a sausage kolache. He ate the ham one there and enjoyed it. I tried a bite and it was good. The sausage one is coming home with us since they are fairly large, not huge, but one was enough for him. Don't let the popularity of this place fool you. It's a local spot that people are loyal to and the options for breakfast in the area are limited, and this place is capitalizing on that. Having the word 'coffee' in the name you would think that their coffee would be something amazing... it's disappointingly on the low end of average. The food isn't horrible but it's not going to blow your socks off either. It has the feel of somewhere between an actual restaurant and an upscale fast-food joint. The environment is fun and inviting but that comes with some drawbacks as well... it's very loud and the 'casual' seating makes it very hard to find a place to sit. So, if you're looking for a place to bring your computer and get some work done, this is probably not a great spot, especially when they are busy. I have been to this place several times and as disappointing as the food and service is the real let down to me is that in passing conversations with management and staff, when asked how my experience has been, my opinions and feedback seem to fall on deaf ears. But I have come to realize that when a place is successful and making money the customer feedback gets overlooked. Again, this place isn't horrible but not great. Food and coffee are both pretty good. Service is awful. We have been here 4 times recently, 3 of the 4 times they have either forgotten our food or forgotten our drinks. I understand Saturdays are busy but this is ridiculous. Today we placed our order online before we arrived. We received a notice saying our order was ready. The croissant we ordered was ready but our 2 iced teas were not. When I was asked what I was waiting for - I was told "oh yeah we are working on that. Sometimes it says the order is ready when we haven't even started on it." Ok, well, get it figured out - you are not a cheap coffee shop....figure out how to provide better service to your customers. Was wanting a decent lunch one day but was feeling too exhausted to cook or go inside a restaurant and had remembered seeing that the coffee shop I had visited recently also had a lunch/dinner menu so thought I'd give it a try and it did not disappoint. Both the BBQ chicken flatbread and the brisket nachos were amazingly delicious!! Cant wait to try the other lunch menus.
