    Single Poutine
    Diana C.

The food portion sizes were very generous. I enjoyed my poutine though I definitely couldn't finish it lol. The service was good. I think you're supposed to seat yourself but they came right over once I sat down. The ambiance was your typical neighborhood sports bar. We stopped to get dinner before a paint and sip. They have lots of beverage options including GF and NA varieties too.

Great friendly bartenders. Food is excellent, especially the breakfast poutine. Known for Gluten-Free items. Hand pulled fries. Lots of beers. Great place to watch sports. This is a WSU Cougar bar. Watched the '26 USA Olympic Hockey Gold medal championship with standing room only. Owner, Matt, is a very experienced bar owner (RkCndy, Magnolia Village Pub) & is the 2nd owner & really cleaned it up with better TV's & food. He tries to accommodate his customers. Best place to watch sports at Greenwood & 85th!

Fun neighborhood bar located in Greenwood. This place has a great atmosphere with lots of drink options. We were disappointed by how salty the food was, but with some minor adjustments, there could be a ton of potential. The onion rings were a bit soggy, and the mac and cheese was undercooked, however, the caeser salad was great and so were the $1 wings. Overall, really cool sports bar with a great crowd. Looking forward to coming back!

The Beav is back, and the food is better than ever! I had a spicy burger that was juicy, giant and delicious along with perfect, melt-in-your-mouth onion rings. My kiddo had his first poutine and in his words "the best mac and cheese I've ever had in my life...easily." I love that this place is kid friendly and sports friendly all in one while not compromising on the food. Pub food can be delicious and this definitely was.

Our spread (poutine sampler, maple bourbon steak salad, steak and frites)

Met some friends here during the week on a non-game/event day and it still ended up being quite busy the later it got. We were there early enough that we thought we'd be able to get some food in before the crowds showed up but somehow we still ended up waiting close to 45 minutes between placing the food order and getting it, and we wondered if maybe our food sat in the kitchen forgotten for a little bit, as everything was room temp by the time it got to the table. We ordered the Poutine Sampler (beef gravy, beer cheese and bacon, and sausage gravy), a couple Maple Bourbon Steak Salads, a couple Steak and Frites, and fried cheese curds, plus our drinks, and despite the poutine being room temp, it was quite good! The traditional beef gravy is hard to beat, so I'd say that was my favorite. I also enjoyed the steak salad as well, but I'd probably pass on the fried cheese curds next time (or hope that I'd get to try them before they cooled down). I'd recommend the poutine because it's not easy to find places that have so many options, but just be prepared for a wait! There was understandably a wait at the end of the evening, though it took quite a bit of effort for us to catch the attention of the staff despite them frequently passing by the tables. We ended up being there for a total of about 4 hours to accommodate the near hour waiting for food at the start plus another near hour of getting the tab closed out at the end.

Update... Came back for the KC NFL game - the Korean wings were perfect! Just the right flavor and mix of sweet and spice. I could have used a wet napkin but luckily for me the restaurant is kid friendly so I was able to bring my newborn girl for her first football game! ...and we travel with lots of supplies!

Monday is a busy day as it is ALL DAY HAPPY HOUR and there are real happy hour savings here. How about a cheeseburger with a generous side of fries for $8.95????? The fries were great, hot and crispy, with sides of ketchup and spicy ranch. The burger was real and honest, two of my highest compliments for a cheeseburger. Made to order exactly right. Bun was toasted and smeared with aioli and had a nice crisp. Solid toppings of lettuce, two slices of tomatoes, red onion, and several pickle chips. These were presented on the side so I could dress the burger as I liked. The whole thing was delicious. I had a well gin and tonic at the HH price of $8.95. Overall, a very good meal and a great deal. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the busy bartender acknowledged me as soon as I sat down, and I was immediately drawn into conversation by the regulars on either side of me. As I often eat out solo, I'm used to striking up conversations with strangers, but I didn't have to make much effort here. Fun company! Solo eaters are welcome. We had a boat ride and dinner at Elliot's later so I didn't want to eat too much. I got the fish sandwich with tater tots and my honey got the steak sandwich and tots. Tots were nice and crispy. There were close to well done which I like. My fish sandwich was good. It was fried fish with coleslaw an tarter sauce on it. I got extra tarter on the side because I like tarter sauce. The bun also contributed to how good the sandwich was. It was like a brioche bun and it was soft in all the right places. I didn't try the steak sandwich but I was told it was really good. Nice place to watch a game, have a drink and eat some good food.

By the time we had dinner, although hungry, it was past 8 and we needed to eat a little lighter and mostly had apps, so not sure how light that meal really was. Everyone enjoyed their dish. Because it was a bit cold, my younger sister got the fried chicken ramen. Fried chicken was not chicken katsu but fried chicken. The chicken was a bit salty while the ramen had a good amount of spice to it. Ramen broth was really good, especially on a cold night for me being from Hawaii. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the cheese perogies. I enjoy perogies and haven't had any while on this trip to Seattle so a bit of a bummer. It was more like cheese ravioli. However best part of dinner was having the family together. And we ended the night on a good note. And the staff, so sweet. We appreciate you all for accommodating our family. These are the best cheese curds ever bc the batter isn't heavy like other cheese curds I've had. It's tempura battered so it's light and you can taste the cheese more. The jalapeño strawberry dip and ranch are good dips, but try them together and it will blow your mind. The fried green beans were okay. They did have a heavier batter on them and I wish they had the same batter the cheese curds had. The spicy dip was good! The rosemary popcorn was delicious! It had just enough butter and the perfect amount of rosemary where it's not overpowering. Once you get to the bottom, there's tons of butter and you just dip and soak it up with the popcorn. We stopped in for dinner before a concert at Kenyon Hall, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and happily answered all of our questions. The only thing they didn't have was an espresso martini. No big deal! Honestly, one of my favorite parts of dining out is listening to my wife explain how to make one while watching the puzzled expressions on the waitstaff or bartender's faces. It always provides a little entertainment before dinner. My wife ordered the lettuce-wrapped Smash Burger. It was good and flavorful, though not quite in the same league as a Five Guys' version, which is easier to hold in your hand, the only reason for a 4 instead of 5-star review. I went with the Classic Burger with cheese and fries, and it hit the spot. The burger featured a nicely toasted bun with a buttery, crispy crunch, and the toppings were perfectly balanced for my taste. The real star of the meal, however, was the fries. They were fantastic--crispy, hot, and absolutely worth the extra dollar for their "Bridge Sauce," a seasoned fry sauce that paired perfectly with them. The restaurant and restrooms were both clean and well-maintained, something we always appreciate. Throughout our meal, the staff checked on us just the right amount, making sure our water glasses stayed full and that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Overall, The Bridge delivered a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, solid burgers, and excellent service. The next time we're in West Seattle, we'll definitely be returning.

I made a reservation ahead of time, but when we got there around 8 pm we realized we probably didn't need one because it was seat yourself and still pretty open. No complaints though, it made it easy to grab a table and settle in. The vibe was cool. Definitely a sports bar feel with TVs around, and as the night went on the DJ started getting set up which I can imagine makes it a fun spot on a Friday night for people meeting up after work or hanging out with friends. We decided to share a few things so we could try a little bit of everything. We ordered the catfish bites, lemon pepper wings, garlic parmesan wings, and macaroni and cheese. I'll start with the positives because the service was great. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. Food-wise, it just didn't totally hit for me. The catfish bites had a really tasty batter, but the texture threw me off a little. I personally like my catfish cooked a little harder, and these were a bit soft for my liking. The lemon pepper wings were a little too salty for me, and the wings themselves weren't cooked quite the way I like them. I tend to like my wings cooked a little harder, so these felt a bit soft and bulky to me (if that makes sense). The garlic parmesan wings were okay flavor-wise, but still similar in texture. The macaroni and cheese was okay. Nothing bad, just pretty standard. The menu itself has a good mix of comfort food and bar favorites like chicken and waffles, shrimp & grits, burger & fries....so there are definitely options to try. Overall, the service were great, the vibe was cool and I can definitely see this being a fun spot once the DJ gets going and the place fills up. The food just didn't quite land for me personally this time. I gave it 3 stars, but if Yelp allowed half stars it would probably be closer to a 3.5 for me. I'd still be open to coming back and trying a few other things on the menu.
